This is the same client that sent in a complaint previously Review ID: ****** ************* ************************ Unfortunately we finished the interior of the pool and it is full of water and she has been using the pool since mid July. Per her request we agreed to put the interior in and finish the deck afterward. Then she told me to hold off on finishing the deck while she contacted other deck companies to look at what needed to be done. I said we could request a courtesy inspection by the *** if she thought the workmanship was poor, but she said rather that she would file a complaint with them. When I contacted her after she had met with a deck contractor, she said I could come back to complete the deck. When I arrived I found she had torn up areas of the deck on her own. She then said she had a bid to complete the decking and demanded I return $1000 to her because ***** wanted $3500 and she still owed a balance of $2500 for the deck. I informed her that he wasn't offering her contractor pricing and if she wanted him to do it, I couldn't warranty the work. She also agreed to pay for pool coping that was delivered to her property that she decided she didn't want on the pool. I also programmed her pump and provided a start up of her system along with a floater and chlorine, which wasn't a part of my scope. This is a pool renovation and the pool's equipment was existing. If I can provide pictures I will show the before and after shots of what she has done to the deck. The pictures she has provided are areas I told her we would address. I had a crew scheduled for August 21st to work on the deck and she said 13 hours wasn't enough notice. The tile grout (her pic) will need to have the pool drained a little and generally that warranty work is done once the job is completed. I have yet to receive any notice from the ***.
