This company was great! I wasn't looking for the lowest bid but the best deal and *** Brown and Sons came through with both. They passed on an free upgrade from shingle company, military discount, work was schedule within a week or so and work was all done in a day. I hired *** Brown and Sons to replace my flat roof. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough the customer experience and process were. From my initial contact with their receptionist asking way too many questions, to the scheduling and preparation, to the installation and cleanup, everyone on the *** team was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. We chose *** because they are one of the most seasoned roofing companies in *******. We did not want to sacrifice quality (or liability) for price. JBS Roofing is quality, if you really look deep into who they are, its family owned, 40+ years of solid business. They recommend quality products to provide you a quality roof, underlay, gutters, commercial and residential, the list is long. Like most industries theres low cost garbage to get a sale and then theres JBS Roofing! 40 plus years says a ton, especially in this world and they are a trusted well oil machine that keeps growing with age! I know ******* personally and I can speak to her personal character. She's gives generously, family oriented, hard working and committed to her industry not just her business. She's an example to me as a business owner who's just starting out. I know if I called her to ask advice about anything including business she would make time. I have been using *** ***************************** roofing company for 10 years now. I have been very pleased with their services and have referred them to my clients during this time. They are very timely, very honest, and they do what they say they're going to do very professionally. Their prices are consistent from what I've seen in the industry.
