I am writing to inform you of a disturbing incident that occurred on 2/23/24 involving Maverick Towing. My truck was illegally towed from my residence 2/22/24 without any proof or documentation provided to me. I immediately arrived at Maverick Towing, ******** ******* on 2/23/24 at 4:25pm and demanded my vehicle. I provided proof of current registration, insurance, and my driver's license. The response I received from the employee at Maverick Towing was completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to provide the necessary documentation, but they drove my vehicle hooked on by the tow truck and released my vehicle in the middle of Orangewood Street, putting my son's life in danger as he had to cross lanes of traffic to reach the vehicle. This incident occurred in the middle of rush hour, several car driving back and forth in the 4 lanes of traffic. This reckless behavior is unacceptable. A terrible accident could have occurred and they put many lives in danger. I demand immediate action to be taken against Maverick Towing. I am deeply concerned about the safety implications of their actions and I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. It is imperative that we hold Maverick Towing accountable for their misconduct and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.I have included pictures of my son in the middle of the street attempting to move the vehicle.

Today 6/22/23 as my fiance was leaving for work at 5:30 am he noticed that the car he just bought me the previous day was missing. After calling to report the car stolen it was determined to have been towed by maverick towing. First of all I've been living at my apartments for 6 months and only now I've gotten a new car, I had no time to even get to the office to get the stupid sticker. As all of the previous complaints have stated...there was never any warning no nothing!!! Imagine the inconvenience of scraping together what little money you can save in this time of inflation just to buy a car to get you back to working so I can make a living again...just to be knocked down AGAIN and have to pay another I'm guessing $200 fee it's BS I'm sitting here waiting for it to be 9:30 so I can go get my car back that I already just spent thousands of dollars to get. I hope somebody takes the time to help all of us victims of this place because what they're doing is criminal.

Predatory Towing. They sat for 2 weekends and watched me. There is never parking on the weekends. I park where I can and come out to move my car when there is parking. If you see there is no available parking and I have a sticker give me a warning or notice. But if you watch me come to check on my car, drive around and come back, then why would you not go see who has no sticker and tow them in order for those of us who are supposed to be there to be able to park. I am one of the few people of color in the complex and they see that.

Last night Friday october 20th 2022 approximately around 9:08 PM I made a brief stop at my Mother in Laws house, who lives in the same community, as me to assist her with her car payment. I parked my car in front of her house not obstructing the street or her driveway and left hazard lights on while I stepped inside for a brief period to help her since i live just around the corner and did not plan to take long. Not even 15 minutes later a neighbor informed me my car had just been towed. He provided me with the tow company's information and me and my mother in Law rushed over that same minute managing to arrive before the tow truck. I explained to the tow trucker that my vehicle is registered under the community and that I did not violate any parking regulations and that he should not have towed me. He made a call to his boss who said that it would be $180 to take out my vehicle. The tow trucker demanded we pay cash because the office was closed and he could not charge me with card. He also stated if we didn't pay then I would have to come back the following morning. Given that their business hours are from 9:30am - 5:00pm and I work from 7:00am - 5:30pm my mother in law paid the man $200 cash that same instant for my vehicle so I could get to work the next morning. The man proceeded to claim he was not carrying change and would have to accept the full $200 he also provided no receipt or billing information. I now know that the towing company must release a vehicle for free if the driver requests it before the tow truck reaches the tow yard. No storage fee can be charged if a vehicle is claimed within two hours of delivery to the tow yard. I called to demand a refund for the injust charges and the company owner said I was "lucky to have even gotten my car last night".

My car was towed for parking in a parking spot without a sticker verifying that I was allowed to park there that is not my problem my problem is the fact that they towed my car it looked like it's been ran through they stole my Cologne that I had inside of my car and who knows what else they did in my car I just don't appreciate that if my car is getting towed let it get towed do not go through my things and that is just common sense.

Twice I have had issue with this Company towing my car. The first time we were on Vacation and I rent a spot where I live to park our Van as there is not enough room to park our 3 cars. So the spot I paid to park my Van in we parked our car. When we got back home we thought our car had been stolen. Come to find out they towed our car form the spot we PAY to have!! Not a courtesy call, not a warning, NOTHING! Instead we had to pay $200 to get my wife's car back. Then last night I had to run my wife to the hospital for an emergency, and had to stay there with her. Her car was parked directly in front of our house and they towed it again! This is very unacceptable practices, and this company should be looked into for their shady business practices immediately!!

So on March 23 my 2013 kia ******* was towed for not being permitted to park in my apartment complex. Keep in my apartment charges me around 15 additional dollars every month to be able to keep all 3 of my cars on the property since the beginning of 2021.so they claimed I wasn't allowed to park their and when I confronted the office they said they never told them that. Now they charges me ************************************************* mind the towing company nor the apartments never put a warning sticker on my car for this incident they just towed it. Very next day I come outside along with three of my neighbors who are complaint because in broad daylight these people are just towing multiple cars including mine again. This time they tow my 2009 ***** civic for "expired temp tags" however it only expired a couple days ago and I was waiting for my check to get the updated registration. Instead of giving me a warning sticker to get it fixed. They just towed it on March 24th 2022 at 1:41 pm and when I went to the office they said maverick towing is claiming they gave me a warning sticker on March 22 *********************************** was from months ago and my tags only recently expired. I check my car every morning there was never a sticker. The maintenance man at the whispering willows apartment even backed me up along with multiple neighbors who witnessed this. On March 24 2022 they charged me another 75 dollars. Also when I went to get the car from the tow yard their was still no warning sticker on the car so...I need help.I want my money back and for them towing me two days in a row for nonsense and to leave my cars alone for the remainder of my lease. They did this to my cars but left cars that didn't belong there ti stay sitting they were also towing multiple cars off the property in broad daylight for no reason.
