I purchased a vehicle from a gentleman That was to deliver the car to me. I found out later In transit to deliver the previous owner ran out of gas and had no money or gas can to supply the car with for the remainder of the delivery. Unfortunately this gentlmens phone was shut off for many days and I assumed the worst, come to find out that the car was towed by western towing in ******** so I went there with title in hand, since the title was only signed by us and this title wasn't in my name they made me go to the *** to get the title transfered over into my name which I did. Get back to western towing for them to tell me I owe them over a $1000 for their services. I look up the governing laws *** which clearly states that they must offer some form of payment plan to satisfy their charges which they refused to accept or discuss what so ever. It went as far as the owner or manager was called by one of the clerks he was put on speaker which I started to read the *** that states they cannot hold my car ****** and must provide a reasonable payment plan for their charges and this person on the other end of the call began to cuss me out and told me to get the f*** out his business and told one of his other employees to pick the door behind me. Now is saying I am trespassing when they are holding my car from me completely. Considering technically I would only be liable for the tow charges from the day the title transferred from the previous owners name to mine, seems to be irrelevant to them as well. But I "WAS" willing to pay payments on their ridiculous charges just so I can go back to work and as of right now I am technically homeless so their hindrance is vast. They are clearly avoiding the laws that govern their business which in turn is breaking the law. I am heading to the court house and I am also considering contacting channel 3 to inform everyone the true laws that govern towing companies in the state of ******* maybe this will get their attention!

If I could leave zero stars I would. On June 11th 2024 my truck and driver had a steer tire blow out and the truck went off the road. I called western Towing to go recover my truck as I believe there was damage to the undercarriage and the steering. Western Towing took my card information, charged me $1650.00 and then an hour and a half later when I called to get an eta, they told me that it would be another $1000.00 to get the tow done. what kind of crooked business is this?!! beware of this scammer towing company!

Place is a good place to hang out at if you are an employee, everyone else must wait. So far I have paid no one is at windows and wsiting for someone to take me to my bike 20 minutes so far. I had to pay for duplicate registration and print out more insurance cards since they where missing from bike, maybe cop kept them since no citation was issued for no registration or insurance, maybe this is the way they keep vehicles extra day while you go get replacements. My bet someone there took and threw away since cops would ticketed for missing paperwork. Still wauting for bike but they took money right away now they are sitting behind glass joking snd having a good time.
