This is not buyers remorse. This is concerning payment for a service that may have been under the courtesy offered by the company. I schedule my vehicle to be inspected for a multi inspection. Which online says is a courtesy inspection. I contacted the business last week asking the difference and I was informed a multi inspection is more intensive to a specific issue. When my car was taken in I informed them of everything I was told could be wrong with the car and what I believed could have been wrong. I paid for a courtesy inspection. A courtesy inspection is advertised on the website as free and covers all your basis inspections of everything that could be wrong on your vehicle. Included pictures as well. When I get the report of what was wrong with my car nothing about it went into specific details outside of that courtesy inspection. It was explained at the store that the multipoint would dive into issues that are apparent. To get a scenic answer. Well my transmission was mentioned to be a issue but was not specific to what about the transmission was the issue. Diagnosis stated the mechanic drove the car and felt the hesitation I informed them about and said it's the transmission. They did not look into the problem and give me a diagnosis for it. Yet I was charged for a multipoint inspection. Everything else I specifically stated before dropping off my car and everything I stated was put on this form as if it was found. The paper does mention what I informed them as well. When I picked up a physical copy today of the inspection I asked about the transmission. *** informed me that the person felt the same thing I did and said it's the transmission and that's all they can do. They don't do anything past that. Well I looked on the website and it stated that this business works on flushing transmission as well as replacing transmissions. So there should have been a more specific diagnosis to my paid for inspection then driving it. I should know the issue.

I took my car to Christian Brothers to have the fuel system diagnosed. They said it cost $150, which was expensive compared to another place that charged $50. Upon receiving results of the diagnosis they were not able to tell me what was wrong with my car yet recommended changing fuel pump in which they quoted me $1700. This was more expensive than another local shop and even AAA who quoted $1200. I declined further work & was going to pick my car up on Friday July 12. I received a call from *****(a supervisor) at 3:15pm on Thursday July 11, asking if I would sell the car. I said No, ** going to fix it myself & then he said Ok because the reason why Im calling is because your car was hit by another car in the shop today, another car we were working on jumped gears and hit yours. He offered $1000 dollars to buy my car & also offered to fix the damages on my car and waive the $150 diagnostic charge. He also said this accident happened around 40 minutes prior, so approximately 2:20 - 2:30. He did not provide any pictures of the damage so I called my insurance to get their suggestion, they said I should go and take pictures and see the damage for myself, so I did. The rear latch of my truck is severely damaged and inoperable and my insurance is saying they will likely total my vehicle. Upon going to the shop ***** offered me $1500 for my truck in which I declined. After taking pictures and them telling me again what happened, I requested the info of the car that hit mine(they declined on providing that info and the manager said it wouldnt have anything to do with the other cars insurance) and I also requested information pertaining to their business insurance( they declined to provide this also but said to call back the next morning and they would have it ready for me). Friday I went back to grab my belongings and they said they wouldnt provide their insurance nor would they repair my car or waive the diagnostic since I got my insurance involved

5/10/2014 I paid $2,028.38. for vehicle repairs Because of the time and miles, I brought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler into the shop to get the spark plugs and a serpentine belt replaced. The vehicle was running fine, but they needed to be done. After picking the vehicle up, I experienced a minor misfire and a belt noise that had not been there before. I asked them if they had used an OEM belt because Jeeps are notorious for belt noise with aftermarket belts. They told me they used an aftermarket belt, but another problem must be causing the noise. After a few days, the vehicle would hardly run, and I took it back into the shop. They told me that one of the coils had failed and needed to be replaced, and the serpentine belt tensioner had gone bad.It was an incredible coincidence that I had no problems before they had to remove the coils to replace the plugs, and there was no mention of a bad tensioner when they replaced the belt.I had them do the work and demanded the old parts. After receiving the parts and vehicle back, I had someone inspect the belt tensioner and was told there was nothing wrong with it and that the aftermarket belt had caused the belt noise.I then found that they had charged me $668.94 for coils that I could have purchased from the dealer for only $258. They charged me $436.58 for a Duralast belt tensioner that could have been purchased for $229 and a serpentine belt. They charged $186.95. The Jeep dealer wants $64.80. They charged over three times the dealer retail.I contacted the manager/owner, who said, "That's the industry standard." and did not offer me any resolution. In closing, I was sold a belt tensioner I did not need for $619.44, and I was overcharged on parts for $739.00 over the Jeep dealer retail.

Took my vehicle in for an inspection due to a fuel leak. The business provided me information that the fuel leak was caused by the fuel line and reported no other issue. Within a few weeks of the repair, my car broke down on the freeway and had to be towed to another shop who reported & showed me the issue of the fuel pump missing screws, cracked and not held in place and visibly leaking gasoline. The business was negligent in their repairs, as well as review of the fuel leak issue when repairing initially
