    ****% would not recommend . Hired them to manage my property & have had nothing but issues with them. They have done work to my property without consulting me then charged me. They have accidentally billed me for repairs that werent done on my home. I have asked for a call from the owner several times & have not heard from him. There is a lack of ******************************** Will not use them again and I dont advise anyone to use them for property management.

    This management company is beyond unprofessional. And like the review below I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We have unfortunately been renting through them for almost three years and due to the housing market we have to UNFORTUNATELY stay where we are at. We have now had THREE EMERGENCIES that have been treated less than such. The first was shortly after we had moved in and my son was born, he was just a couple months old, when our AC went out in the middle of the hottest months of the summer in AZ. We were told that it would be a couple days before it would get fixed. Literally ZERO urgency there, just three young kids, with a house 90 degrees and only getting hotter- which was absolutely dangerous conditions for an infant to be living in. The second event that wasn't considered an emergency to them was when our kitchen and living room had an inch plus of water flooding in, after we had to fight to get someone out due to it being the evening, once the initial person came to make sure the water was shut of NOT ONE PERSON stepped foot in our house again for about a month, only to string things along and have our carpet torn up and taking about another month after that to get everything finished and livable again. Not to mention the workers they hired out would show up late when we would have to take off work to be home for them, not at all one of the days, and didn't even do a proper job to where they had to come back out to fix things. And finally as we are currently dealing with this issue- right now when we have bees IN OUR HOME with three young kids and a nest with 100+ bees swarming outside our house. They were in our kids bathroom and now in our kitchen, this has been almost 48 hours now and ZERO follow up on their end, and they told us we had to wait until Monday when normal business hours resumed. Their one urgent matter- getting their money from you. If you are thinking of dealing with this company or renting from one of their properties, RUN FAST!!

    We follow all laws and the legal term of the lease. The ** was repaired, it was dispatched within an hour of reporting, to the Home Warranty plan on the house. We even worked with the home warranty to insure a vendor was dispatched quickly. The incident with the water issue was caused by a clogged drain and went through the owner's insurance company for remediation. We didn't have control over the vendors used by the insurance company or home warranty but worked with the tenant to get their concerns handled to their satisfaction. Pest control is a tenant responsibility. The tenant contacted the after hours emergency line over the weekend and were told that it was not an emergency and that our office would contact the tenant during office hours. An emergency repair, per AZ tenant landlord law, is a repair that is needed to preserve the home or a health and safety issue.
