Plenty other drywallers in town to work with. I would not recommend. The company does not respect your personal property; oil leaks in our driveway, park where they want even on our hillside diagonally, this is our home. Dumped chemicals on the side of our home. Extra charges that do not make sense. I was asked which corners bullnose or 45 degree angle. We chose bullnose. Charged another $400 to do patio ceiling after signing contract. Failed inspection; we lost 3 days time from the jobs schedule pushing out (2) other tradesmens schedules. July 29th job supposedly completed however (4) doors did not have finished bullnose. An air gap between stairs and wall which is sub-par craftsmanship. Does owner not walk the job prior to asking for final payment let alone check their work quality? I called asking about door's bullnose was told job does not provide bullnose on doors. I shared w/ owner you asked me which corners and I selected bullnose, you never said door corners would not be bullnose. Owner said he would charge extra $400 for (2) doors' bullnose. I agreed to $200 to be fair. Owner #2 said, no, you will need to talk w/ Owner #1. I left Owner #1 a voicemail to no avail. I reviewed the contract which stipulates job includes bullnose and does not stipulate door bullnose is not included. Owner texted me July 30 the two doors bullnose would be completed no charge. The drywall was still wet and Owner #2 starts texting me asking me for final payment, now. I race out to the casita to pay Owner #3 and the bullnose is wet, needs to dry and cannot be sanded till following day. I texted Owner #2 please @ this time do not contact me until the job is completed in which I will then immediately remit the cash. Shake my head. Again, other drywall companies in town to work with that are professional, do not hound you for money when the drywall is wet, has not cured and job simply not completed and are not pushy. Owner #2 should not be running the company.
