  I mentioned that I needed a roofer finish the last phase of my RV garage roof. This consists of. Flashing/shingles/base paper/facia board. I cleaned the old roof completely off, repaired and replaced rafters tails, all / entire sheathing. I received a phone call from ******, he said he would be over in a few hours. He never showed, only the next morning he text me with an excuse the time had gone by fast with his son and be over that afternoon. He finally showed up in a big ********** Diesel with the advertisement Roofing and some dark haired female who did not get out!We both walked 30 feet from his truck after a we were both on the roof. He looked around and said that he would come back Friday and do the job as we agreed to the amount of $2000.The next day he text me and said that he needed half of the $2000 upfront for a deposit all the material had been paid for two weeks prior to ever meeting him. I didnt understand why he needed half of it upfront but I gave it to him anyway, because the referral person said that he was an honest, hard-working guy and had known him for 20 years. Come Friday its supposed to rain the day before Thursday. The materials show up and Im trying to get a hold of ****** no answer prior to that day. He was supposed to help me load five sheets of OSB board on the roof so I can finish sheathing. He didnt show up for that either texting no talking on the phone, he never even answered at all till the next day claim that was dead signal claim that he was just got back from ****** or he forgot so him and I never spoke about working Friday during the rain! *** never spoke to him since he departed from driveway! He hides behind his phone with a few text messages! He STOLE $1000 of my Military VA hard earned BLOOD MONEY that I earned! Im filing a police next! He doesnt answer his phone nowhere to be found! Dont use this company United Roofing and restoration! NEVER LET THIS COMPANY ON YOUR PROPERTY! UNITED ROOFING RESTORATION

  I was informed that United Roofing and Restoration company doesnt respond to and complaints issued through the BBB. I never recovered any of the $1000.00 that employee ***************.. stole from me. I tried several times even using my wifes phone to retrieve the money he claims that work couldnt be preformed when its raining outside and that is why I am not happy about him not showing up. 
  Ive only spoken to him in person when he came to my residence. All; other communications of unanswered phone calls with text messages. I notified him that I was ready for him to assist me to load 5 4x8 sheets of OSB the next day. He blew me off even though I was severely injured loading them alone. The rain he is referring to and babbiling about is a conversation that took place between him and himself.  Im 61 years old and living on a VA pension, which he has a problem with. I saved over 25 years and I dont have to prove any of my military service to him or any of of his drug dealers. ****** is a coward who hides behind his keyboard. 
  I need that money returned to me, as I have filed a ROC complaint yesterday. Hes done absolutely zero work. 
  I sent him and the case I filed with the BBB message stating its been resolved and dont have to pay me back. United Roofing responded or agreed with me and the case was resolved. That tells me and anyone else that this company is listening but only responding to anything that makes them look good.
  This case is not resolved. 
  I dont care what management does with their employee, since Ive spoken to many licensed contractors in **************** and all want to know who this company is! 3 individual actually know ****** and supplied me with some information that allows me move in a better direction. ****** represents United Roofing which became a job site as to which I was hurt, due to ****** not showing up like we both planned. His text message response was who cares I got your money attitude.
  I have provide the BBB 1 of several text messages from ****** showing his reasoning as to why he stole our money. *** never ever had a conversation about working in the rain. I was a safety officer for 2 years at ******** ********! Hes using that because people listen when safety is mentioned. Safety overrides everyone from the laborer to the *** of any rule that **** has set in place. ****** is flat out a coward and one of the most dumbest idiots I have ever met. 
  I will get my money through a government agency. 
  This company has done this to others as anyone can read the reviews which are unresolved. ****** has lied to his supervisors making me look like I started this entire situation. 
  My roof not finished and we dont have enough money to hire anyone else.

  CONTACTED **** AT UNITED ROOFING OF ******* TO REPAIR WIND DAMAGE TO AN AWNING ON MY ***** HOME IN ****** SPRINGS AZ. I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE ON 3/5/23 IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,571.00.WE WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH QUESTIONS AND CHANGES AND FINALLY AGREED. I WROTE HIM A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,000.00 IN NOVEMBER 2023 FOR A DEPOSIT WHICH **** CASHED AND THE CHECK CLEARED.I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT HIM SINCE THEN. I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK.

  In 2021 the roof on our home in ********* was damaged due to strong wind. Shingles were blown off and damage occurred. Insurance claim filed with insurance carrier and approved. Roof contractor was contracted to replace the entire roof. We notified United Roofing and Restoration to replace the roof. Once the installation was completed we discussed the quality of the job immediately with **** the owner. He reassured us he would handle any issues we had. From the very beginning the shingles lifted when there was wind. Didnt need to be a very strong wind either. We sent video pictures of the shingles lifting and he had his workers return numerous times over the 2 1/2 years since installed. Not only did the shingles lift but there were numerous other issues. Skylight problems was another issue. As well as many others. This past 3 weeks we have the roof leaking now in our bedroom. Sheetrock damaged. Each time we call United Roofing they sometimes send workers out to fix the issue to no avail. The last 10 days they wont return our calls or messages.
