            On Saturday April 8th 2023 I *************************** rented a boat from: Beach Shack Rentals on the beach, in ***********, ** The boat rental was $400.dlls The deposit was $100.dlls the total was $500.dlls for boat rental, my credit card was denied (see attached) so I had to pay CASH for the boat rental, I paid the 500.cash and took the boat out for 4 hours per contract, when I returned the rental boat company charged me for gas an returned the balance of the boat deposit. The Boat rental transaction was completed with No problema. Until my Bank Statement arrived, I noticed Beach Shack Rentals charged my credit card $433.63 cents.I was taken advantage of by Beach Shack Rentals. I made a Police Report#*********** Beach Shack Rentals refused to return the $433.63 cent back to my credit card. Basically, I was charged twice Beach shack rentals need to return the $433.63 that they took from my credit card. I hope you may understand what transpired...It's like this $400. Boat rental Refundable deposit $100.. dlls Paid CASH $500.00 Because my credit card was declined, I had to pay CASH.I took the Boat out for the 4 hours per contract..Transaction was finalized....There was NO need to charge my credit card because I paid CASH for the boat rental and with the $100. deposit, I paid for the gas ?? an they gave me my change... that was supposed to be the end, an here we are *************************** is out $433.63 cent. because Beach Shack Rentals charged my account needlessly Now they need to return/credit my credit card the $433.63...
