Havasu Dentistry refuses to stop harassing me with its promotional mailings. I have contacted them multiple times in the past, and they have refused to contact their marketing company to have my name and address removed from their database. I do not wish to receive these mailings, and it is their responsibility to stop them. After my last complaint, I thought the problem was solved, but no, it is not. The mailings have begun again. I do not wish to ever hear from this business. Please help me to make them stop bothering me. (And simply throwing their junk mail in the trash does not solve the problem. Thank you.)

January 4, 2020 I had a crown put on a tooth. I paid the bill in full o Jan 4, 2020. Four years later I received a bill on April 25, 2024 for *****. I have never heard of a business charging you 4 years later when you paid the bill up front in full. What can I do?

Havasu Dentistry has been harassing me with unsolicited mailings for years. I have contacted them multiple times, and they refuse to contact their marketing company to have my name removed from their mailing list. I demand that they cease these annoying junk mailings to me. I will continue to file complaints against them until they do so.

Please stop this repeated complaints about the same issue that we have explained to you multiple times and the complaint gets thrown away and then you file another complaint 3-4 months later. The card you receive is part of thousands of cards send out as part of value pack mailing package. It is not Name Specific for you. It goes to entire area. If you don't like it Please Throw it in the garbage like you do the rest of the discount cards and coupons. There is no way for us to stop sending this to you as this is again, Not Name specific so filing claim after claim every 3-4 months and us explaining the same thing to you over and over again is a waste of time and frustrating for you I am sure. So just throw the card in the garbage with the rest of the coupons.

    Thank you

If they are capable of hiring a marketing company to send out their junk mail, they are capable of contacting their marketing company and instructing them to remove my address. Everybody else has. Why are they the only ones who find it impossible? And yes, I will continue to file complaints until the issue is resolved.

On 9/19/2022 I was sent to Havasu Dentisrty for a worker comp. about a cracked toothe from work. I advised the front desk people and gave them the proper paperwork about the workers comp insurance. I was seen and two x-rays where done. I was then told that the tooth would have to be removed which was alright by me because I am in alot of pain. They did not remove the tooth but ******* said I would have to make a follow up appointment and pay up front. ***************** stated before hand that workers comp covers my expenses. I was bombarded and unable to leave until I paid 76 dollars for an xray which is and should have been covered by workers comp. I was not supposed to have to pay anything and they where supposed to bill workers comp. They charged me and wanted to charge me ******* dollars for non needed dental work. ( bone grafting,im 28 and dont require grafting). This density office lied to me and broke the law by charging the patient in a workers compensation claim.

Clients statement that doctor tried to charge for "non needed dental work" is a contradiction of clients own statement of needing dental care due to broken tooth and being in pain. ******************** ************ has established guidelines of bone graft needed after extraction to prevent post extraction bone infection and post extraction jawbone loss regardless of patients age. Dr. followed this guideline. Client has the choice to accept or reject recommended treatment. Client paid $76 for exam from the doctor and x-ray. There is no reason to reimburse for these services that client has already received. Our dental office is not a liaison between client and workers compensation. We have no idea of the accident and what is covered and what is not under workers comp rules and cannot possibly get in between clients and their workers comp benefits. Clients pay for the services they receive from the dentist such as x-rays and exam and then forward the receipts to workers comp for reimbursements. Client had and exam and x-rays done and paid $76 and can turn the receipt to Workers comp to get reimbursement. Thank you.
