I called Brad's Appliance repair in mid-March 2022 to have someone repair my Frigidaire wall oven in my home at ******************************************************************************************. The company sent Mr. *** it (tech name was *******). He arrived on March 23 and assessed the problem to be in need of a mother board which with all included charges and labor, shipping, etc. to be $628.88. This charge was put on my ***'s Club mastercard on March 24. ******* assured me that the part would be shipped/arrived and installed before my departure back to **** on March 31. *******, the tech, called me the following day (March 25) inquiring if he had left his s**** gun at my home by mistake. I assured him that it was not at my home. I did however, acquire his cell phone # ************. When I arrived home to **** on April 1, I phoned ******* and told him I was now in **** and would not be returning to ******* until November, 2022. I wanted a credit applied to my credit card and he assured me that he would do that. I then sent a letter to ************** disputing the charge.I called Brad's Appliance Repair on April 25 and made a complaint about the charge from Mr. *** it Repair on my credit card. Explained that I did not receive the part or service to fix my oven as promised. I was promised a phone call since they were the ones that sub-contracted the work to Mr. *** it repair. I do not have a receipt -- I never received the part for my oven. It was shipped to Mr. *** it repair. I am now in ****, **. I called the ************ and was told that ******* no longer works for this company. The manager said he would look into my complaint and get back to me. I have not heard anything from him. Please help me to get this fixed.
