I had them work on my ******** soon as I left, there were problems with it. I took it back and they resolved the immediate issue but then I noticed they broke the vacuum harness to my 4wd. Went back, tech said he fixed it. Then had noise from the ******. They didn't fill ****** with fluid. Manger (****) tried to say it was only 1/2 qt low. But I checked prior to going back and no fluid on dip stick. Then there was a hum and vibration coming from from end. Turns out the 4wd wouldn't disengage because the harness had been broken. Manger tried telling me it was going to cost $1900 more to replace the hub. It didn't need it. I replaced vacuum harness myself and fixed it. They also said I needed a new power brake booster and charged me $560 ish to replace. Booster seems to still be the original booster. I tried to ask for a break on the bill, and he got mad and said no. He said he'd only charge me half for my next oil change. No way will I ever go back there for work. They need to reimburse me for the harness, booster and my time going back 3 times to fix, and have the manger lie to me about everything.

Dear Mr. ********* we are so sorry to hear of your car troubles and experience at the shop. My manager **** ****** has been trying to contact you all week, but you have yet to reach out back.  A lot can be written here but a quick phone call or stopping by the shop could fix many of your concerns. Regarding the brake booster We are sorry, but our parts warehouse listed the brake vacuum pump as the brake booster. You can see under the part number it has the words vacuum pump. This was the reason for your oil leak and was correctly done and replaced. The coolant leak was the turbo line and was the second one we have done for you. I do not see anything under our stored estimates for the 1900 repair for hub-bearing. **** did mention this  as one of the possible fixes for your symptom and return. We may have been the cause of the failed vacuum harness problem and would be willing to reimburse the cost of part and maybe more if you could find time in your schedule for some contact with us. We are fair and honest in our business dealings and have been operating that way since we opened. Again, sorry for your troubles. We try our best to solve car problems not create them.
Thank you in advance for your response.

I have no messages from the shop anywhere, at all. No voicemail, text or email. So they haven't been trying too hard to reach me. I tried talking to **** about a break on the bill because of how many times I had to go back to the shop to try to get things right. That was before I even realized what the cause of the noise and vibration was coming from the front end.  Each time I talked to ****, he would not admit that the work performed was the cause of the problem. Even after I suggested the wheel hub he told me needed to be replaced, is the same wheel where the vacuum harness led that was broken by the tech. He just quoted me another $1900.00 of work that didn't need to be done. I knew there was nothing wrong with it but he tried to convince me otherwise. The integrity of the shop to me is not there. I feel like the shop is dishonest. As for the vacuum pump to the power brake booster, it does not look like a new one. I have no faith in this shop. I gave them a chance, and I was lied to over and over again. Fair and honest does not describe this shop.
