go in for oil change because was told I have the coverage and signed for it (was told by ******* nothing would change) . I come in check in service guy says I got oil change /maintenance coverage. Two mins later. Oh no you dont. Its voided (**** I believe it was almost 4 months after I got the car). But service guy brought out papers showing I signed for it and admits I signed for something that will not be honored . Same with gap waiver ask for proof I get handed paperwork signed for saying I got it. 2 plus hrs later waiting to speak to someone well system says other wise you signed new paperwork. Well heres the thing I get handed paperwork showing I do thats evidently useless but that is what I get handed like its valid. If I just left with that not even all the paperwork if I left with that and dealership is deceptive that looks just well bad. It has now been 3 plus hrs. If I knew I wasnt having gap or maintenance and paperwork shows otherwise that I do have it I wouldnt have got the car. I then get told by service supervisor dealers honest cares about customers etc well this all says otherwise and initial staff interaction leaves lot to be desired. Paper work staff statements none adds up . Dealership passed off gap paper in final paperwork and other occasion. They say they were transparent and honest they were not . The staff laughed at my complaints and another staff member initially said they were deceptive. Every single one of them is rude dont listen and talk off you and have no desire to help the customer.Review from Terry L

After 2.5 weeks, my 2019 **** RAM was returned to me filthy of mud in a paved parking lot, WITH windshield damage and body damage under the drivers door. The service dept./manager insists they did not test drive it to verify repairs were done correctly, astonished by the abject dishonesty, DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE FOLKS!Review from Travis A

Me and my wife were lured into Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs with an online ad referencing a month end, yearend close out on a Dodge Ram 4x4 with a cash only price. We schedule an appointment with a sales representative regarding the truck as referenced above and confirm the cash pricing. At the time of the call, we were told about month end, yearend deals on the ********************************************************************* and my wife took off work and went to the appointment with the intention of buying the truck. Once arrived we were told that ad was incorrect and financing is required, we opened the internet ad and showed the sales representative the cash price offer, he showed that to the manager and they took a few minutes to discuss. The manager confirmed the comment regarding financing is required for a "Cash Price" deal. I stated to the sales rep. this is misleading and more directly false advertising, cash means cash. They were not willing to honor what the put in writing and me and my wife left the dealership. I followed up with a phone call to the sales manager and reported the information, conversation and internet add, he was already aware of the situation as he was the same manager talked about above and confirmed again the financing statement. I asked him several times if he was going to stand behind what they put in writing and honor the cash price statement, he refused to honor the add and the conversation was ended.I feel this is an intentional tactic to get people to come to the store, however once pointed out they should honor what the put out to the public. They have every opportunity to make this correct and learn from there mistake, change the sales strategy, and move forward in a positive direction, if not they will continue misleading the public in the future.Respectfully,Concerned CustomersReview from Scott D

Not customer oriented I understand policies and procedures, I dont leave reviews because of haste and I always hesitate to leave a review because it never seems to matter.April 8 2022 we purchased a used certified vehicle along with Ally extended warranty. October 11 2022 we have only put ****+ miles on it. Its in for extended repair that includes the transmission. Ally allows 6 days of rental, I called Courtesy to see if they could assist in the additional 2 weeks of renal. I was advised there was nothing they could do, absolutely nothing nor were they willing to assist with anything outside of policy. This came from the customer service advisor. I was very cordial in the beginning until obviously trying to debate my case. I was told I called him stupid which I never did (still waiting on the transcript) from the recorded call to show me when I did that. What I said was the policy was stupid and not any assistance to the customer. Negative reviews are never my thing but customer service has gone by the way side. In short my opinion is I am paying for the 2 week rental out of my pocket with no assistance from the dealership warranty which apparently we pay for anyway with the same policies. You get an extended warranty from the dealership for one year but you pay for it and also have to suffer from their policies and the dealership would rather loose a customer rather than work with you on the policies. We cant do that for every customer I was told. Guess who every customer is? Take this as you want, its just my opinion at this time, but I hope its not you at any time. This is why I am taking the time to give you another opinion to consider when purchasing from Courtesy. Im sure if purchasing a new car it would be different because of the manufacture warranty. But being told we drove it and things happen then not even offering some assistance doesnt work for me. Please do your diligence and definitely allow the dealership to rebuttal. Theres 2 sides.Review from andres b

walked in to talk with finance manager aftershaking hands with sales rep at ****** ended walking out with a 65k loan after 5k down in which nothing was presented to me but only the total. They made me purchase 1 year of a low**** for 700 plus a 600 theft code. Finance manager said its $4432 for low **** **** and wheel protection extended warranty and key protection for 6 years, I thought it was a good deal. upon reviewing these purchases they came up to almost 8k. I was told by sales rep *** had remote start it ended up not having it so I went back and they have a 0 return policy even though I had just bought the *** two days prior and only put 30 miles on it. Hands tied on the purchase so I asked to remove almost 3 grand in low **** and theft protection and they said I could not do that either. They also ended up charging me 53k msrp because they took off a rebate to have a better interest rate.Review from mike m.

My experience has been a comedy of errors since the beginning. I purchased a brand new truck 2021 ram. Approximately 2 weeks after owning the truck I observed the front bumper to be recessed approximately 1/4 inch under the fender on the driver side. When checking the passenger side I observed the fender to be approximately 3/8 inch out past the fender. I then observed the painted panel above the bumper was a flat black with minimal clear coat and the color in the rest of the truck was black flake. After attempting to contact the dealer with no return calls I drove back. While there, they found that there was an open repair order due to the truck being damaged in transit. Unfortunately I was not advised before purchasing. After going back and fourth with the sales manager ************************* the truck was repaired. Fast forward to January, same side as the original damage its observed that the headlight was retaining moisture. After contacting the service department, ******************* advised that he would order the headlamp and it would be replaced under warranty. I agin contacted **** in March because I had not received any update. **** advised that the part was in back order. Here I am in May at the dealership and **** still has not contacted me. I was just advised by the parts department that the part had been received over a month ago but THEY SOLD IT!! Please STAY AWAY from this dealership!!! Honestly the only two positives at this location are *****************************, sales rep and ************************* who have gone above and beyond. They would both excel elsewhere.Customer Response

This dealership would be amazingly successful if they would terminate the BOSSES and hire Leaders!
