Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund Policy:
If Client is not satisfied with services rendered by CCG, CCG agrees to refund remaining balance to Client based upon agreement and disclosure terms described. All refund requests must be submitted  in writing via mail or fax.
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days upon the receipt of written request by CCG. The refund policy is subject to services rendered through Equifax only.
In most cases a minimum fee of $200 will be assessed the Client and shall not be refunded for services rendered, filing fees, postage, faxing, and submission of documents. The following requirements must be met in the event a refund to be granted:
All documentation requested by CCG is produced by Client within three (3) business days of the request.
If an item is not removed after an initial request to the credit bureau by CCG the client must allow up to three (3) submission request to the bureaus by CCG.
After a third submission, the item has not been removed and/or the Client is not satisfied CCG will calculate a refund excluding the $200 service fee(s) and a mandatory item deletion fee of a minimum of two hundred dollars ($200).
