I made a payment on my vehicle and I was told that my payment was successful and then a second later, they saying that they didnt receive the funds and my back account shows that is was taking out; The customer service *** told me that I need to check my funds to make sure I have enough money in my account That was totally rude and disrespectful.. ************ is a joke

I called desert finance the day my payment was due , and informed them I would like a partial payment. And pay the balance on Tuesday January 31st . They agreed on a recorded line , and assured me twice that they would not s*** my car off and even sent me an email confirmation. Will on Sunday morning I was supposed to bring my son to his USAAA all star game in ******* at 7:15 am and the car wouldnt start . They dont open til 8am so I couldnt speak to anyone. My son was crying because he was gonna miss his All state games and a chance to play in ************. This is the 2nd time my car has been shut off on me without no explanation. The lady on the other end had no remorse and was quick to hang the phone on me. Im thinking about taking legal action

If I could give negative stars, I would. Also, tip for whoever is responding: type your response on a word document, fix all the spelling and grammatical errors, re-read it to make sure it makes sense, and then post the response. As I am typing this on my phone, my phone is correcting spelling and grammar.. soooo.......

Got a Vechile with this company who is associated with bg& auto sales who there listed under loan driver provider please pay attention !!!!!!! when I say they defiantly take advantages of you and scam you !!!!! once you sign that lease agreement cars come with some many problems Ive seen and heard people complain you can even look at the reviews days down the line once you start to drive it these are restored salvage title they state they give you warranty for up to 50k which is good for 3 years they know these car have problem and purposely have these warranty in line and then takes weeks to fix with no loaner car given an an option I have got 2 cars !! within 2 month period start from July 2024 I had a **** focus *********************************************************************************************** safety they ridge the car I took to body shop and auto one it couldnt even pass emission test how crazy to sell a lemon car it has issues such as always running out of gas and more issues they offered a trade out because of this issue I end up getting a ****** Sentra ************************************************************************************************************************ he careless with customer this is ***** serious matter there needs to be a serious legal investigation within this company immediately please save your money and go else where it not worth it because they off bad credit and 500 down its really not !!

This place is freaking joke! Never told my that title was a salvage and top it off they wouldn't take the cpi off , after I cosigned for my husband a brand new car and we went and turned the car in they reported that they repossessed the car! Bunch of liars and scammers. He was paying more than the car was worth. .Beware of this car lot

They are horrible! Had my car almost 2 years when all of a sudden my car due dates where changed and my payment was never the same! I paid exactly what the original signed agreement due date! They still turned my car off 3 times even though it was paid! Miss work all 3 times! I'm done! Got a car loan by the way this doesn't help your credit that's a lie! They don't report that u paid!plus it's a restored salvaged title you can't trade these cars no one will take them!!! IM GETTING A ATTORNEY FOR ALL THEIR HARRASSING PHONE CALLS! Plus all their random emails and phone calls from random numbers that don't state it's from desert finance.....evil ! They are a fraud and taking advantage of people just trying to reestablish their lives!!!!!

My was disabled and I was left stranded in ******* with my kids 1 of them an infant. I had until tomorrow.

This company is awesome ! My car I have had over two years and I have had no problems with it! Customer Service yes can be better but mostly professional and kind. Would definitely recommend they are selvage titles but they have a process they go through which gets checked by ************ Officers to pass on the road and be able to drive. I drive from mesa to Glendale almost 6 days a week and have no problems. Thank You!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR B&G AUTO SALES! Please understand that the cars that ***** sell are all salvaged titles and not worth no where near what they sell them for. Furthermore, how Desert Finance can finance a car that does not blue book anywhere near what they sell them for is crazy to me. This tells me that they have a partnership or vested interest together. Plus the one person who works there *** is a total idiot! He is always trying to tell you how you or what you need to do and that the company doesn't care , it's there way or no way at all. They make everything a pain in the A**. and He *** is one horrible customer service person. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS. they repo'ed the car and will not give us our personal items. They are trying hold them hostage. This business needs to be closed downed ASAP!!
