I am writing to file a formal complaint against ******************* and Across the World Health Care Solutions, a customer of ours. Our company provided **************************** services to **** and ATWHCS, and despite our repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably, they have consistently failed to honor their financial obligations. We upheld our contractual duties and ATWHCS received certification on March 31, 2023. Despite sending multiple reminders and providing ample time for payment, **** has not made any effort to settle her outstanding invoice. The payment was due on April 15, 2023, and as of the current date, it remains unpaid. We have exhausted all reasonable means to collect the overdue payment, and it is with great disappointment that we submit this complaint to the Better Business Bureau.Review from julina c
