    these people are dirty . they lied to my face and made up the most ******** story . i have a car that is owned by a *S attorney prosecutor. I am a former *** and *** special agent pulled out of retirement to bring Honda to a responsible car manufacture and take care of nearly ********* cars that they have not fixe. They have had there dealers service department make up ******** to cover Honda"s a** The * S attorney has had 19 advisors, techs and GM's and or owners delivered to them thru my team . We gave them a bait car like the common thief they are biting on it with even higher charges. This advisor I used on 6-6 is a look you in the eye and tell you he is going to save you and do all he can for you while working a commission pay f*** the customer job . What he diagnosed cannot be done under the circumstances they used to do so. After the credit card is ran for diagnostic charge and i make it clear to ************* sure what your doing is exactly what you have put your name on the line for. Tomorrow he will talk when i say not him like his rude cheating a** did today . 6 additional agents and i will tag these people and get them on a plane to ***** or DC to be prosecuted and jailed. I want them at minumum locked up for 5 to 7 years . all monies paid back with interest to all victims.. Goodnight Superstition

    I would give them no stars if I could. I had an appointment for an oil and transmission oil change at Superstition Springs Honda. I had been told twice previously and today that the recall on the fuel pump for my 2018 Fit could not be done since they had no fuel pumps, even though my car had symptoms. When I arrived for my appointment, the person next to me was having their fuel pump changed for the recall. I went up to address the lie that they had told me three times now and was told that they "found" one in stock and would change it when doing my oil change but u should be out around noon. My car got parked out in the end parking lot and left. When I went up to check on it, they said it was being worked on. I finally took pictures of it every ************************************************************************************ their lie. I took my car home and will never ever work with them again.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!This is the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with. I have a 2020 Honda Pilot having AC issues. I took my vehicle to the Honda Superstition Springs ****************** where most of the staff is away from their cubicles. On one occasion there was no one around except two men hiding behind their computer who literally saw me come in with two small children and completely ignore me until I asked if someone could help me. I was told July 26th the part would arrive which was more than 5 weeks away. I ended up calling on July 28th because I haven't heard from the dealership and I spoke to Parts who confirmed delivery is now Aug. 1st so I made the only appointment available on the 9th. Keep in mind this is an AC issue and it has been abnormally hot this year. I called on the 8th and asked to drop off my car that evening so that it was on site for the appointment the following day. There was not one word notifying me of any changes just that I could leave my car in a service lane and keys in the drop box. I get a voicemail the day of appointment explaining that the part is still not there. NO ONE could give me the courtesy of calling me and letting me know that the part was not in from Aug. 1st to the 9th. Not even the lady I spoke to the day prior after I gave her all my information still did not notify me of any delay in parts. So no repairs were done. I am human and completely understand things are delayed but to have no organized system to better serve your customers so that I was notified ahead of time showing that you at minimum value for my time is ridiculous. After I speak to Manager *** and explain that it wasn't the delayed part that is upsetting, it's the customer service with no regard for my time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DRIVE TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP CAUSE HONDA SUPERSTITION SPRINGS HAS NO REGARD FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND YOU WILL BE LEFT OUT IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

    Rip Off Honda issued a 10 year warranty on their AC compressors for ********************************************************** for the repair .

    AWFUL! Dont get scammed like I did!! I bought a used Lexus in March, after leaving I went back over my paperwork and noticed they switched the finance terms to a longer term without my knowledge. 3 days after I bought the car the alert came on the dash that it was due for a 50k service (who knows how much thatll cost me), the tires are bald and the brakes are squeaking LOUDLY AND EMBARRASSINGLY!! When I took it back to them they argued it is a manufacturers defect and refused to hear me out. As a woman, I feel completely bamboozled by this shady company. DONT USE THEM!!! Unless youre a mechanic of course. Place is a rip off.
