In August, 2024, BBB investigated Enthuzst Apparel’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by the nature of consumer complaints and customer reviews received by BBB. Consumers allege in their reports to BBB that the business may fail to deliver orders consumers paid for a sweepstakes entry; fail to notify consumers on the status of their order; and fail to honor refund and cancellation requests for unfulfilled orders.
On August 29, 2024, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry through email to request the following information:
- The typical time frame for order fulfillment and process when the order is not send to consumer within given time frame;
- How the business communicates the status of orders to consumers, including any notifications sent regarding delays or changes;
- An explanation of your refund and cancellation policies, particularly for orders that have not been fulfilled;
- The resolution that will be offered to consumers that have paid but have not received the product or a refund;
As of September 6, 2024, the business has not responded to BBB's request.
Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records, but may also wish to file a complaint with the or local Attorney General’s office.
