We paid a significant amount for eradicating a gopher problem in our backyard. Each time the technician came and worked the problem he assured us they would resolve the issue and keep coming back until it was, in fact, resolved. The gophers are still here and making more holes than before the treatments began. In talking with them today, they refuse to honor their commitment to resolving the issue and instead are asking us to pay an additional $300+ fee.

******************, Thank you for the review. As we stated on the phone today, we have honored our agreement with you, it was never stated that we would come back until the issue was resolved. Per the contract, we would do the initial service and 4 follow-*** as a courtesy we did an additional follow-up to help rectify this issue. As it states in your agreement, we also recommend that you do regular treatments to help, which you have chosen not to do. We honored our commitment per your contract and gave you an extra follow-up at no charge, because you opted not to have regular service it would have to be an additional charge for us to come back out. From Contract: NOTE: Gophers are rodents and multiply rapidly, when working with gophers it becomes an ongoing battle a regular treatment is recommended as the tunnels are still in the ground and the gophers in your neighbors yard, common areas, and the vacant lots share the tunnels in your yard.Customer Response

Thanks for nothing. Bottom line, ensure your onsite people don't tell the customer they will be coming back until the issue is resolved! They made an implied contract beyond all the information you referenced in your response. Additionally, when I called to discuss this matter, your response was certainly not one of explanation, but simply denial and rude.Review from Daniel C

Atomic Pest Control has been reliable, honest, and easy to work with for our home pest control needs. From my initial inquiry to the ongoing spraying the do to prevent bugs I have been very happy with their service. Atomic completed a termite treatment on my home as well. Great company to work with!! I use them for our Air BNB property and clients. No complaints from our guests. We even had a snake and they were willing to come out. Turned out to be a good snake but its nice to know they can help.Review from Marco Z.

Atomic Pest Control is a super great company. They do my monthly service. They are always very prompt, courteous, very helpful and do such a great job. Atomic Pest Control branch located in *********, ** is in violation of the Co. County Zoning. They are running their business out of a residential house on *********************, as strictly commercial. No one lives there. There are about 8 cars there from 8-5 on weekdays and never nights or weekends. The garage is full of chemicals. Again, this is residential neighborhood!You may see a building on Hwy 89 with their logo. However, if you look in the windows it is stocked full of boxes of plank flooring. There is a small sign in the window which says JT Installation. An Atomic Pest employee (on *********************) stated that they have no "claim" on that building and that the current renters asked to keep the Atomic sign up. If Atomic Pest is dishonest and unethical in it's location and unconcerned about code violations, what else is it dishonest and unethical about????
