Right Way Roofing damaged my air conditioning while replacing my roof and refuse to provide their liability insurance information for us to file a claim.On 4/23/2024, we paid $18504.5 letting Right Way Roofing to replace our roof. While working on the roof we found our room temperature was keeping going up while our air conditioning keeps running. We contacted Right Way Roofing office and requested they send their contracted air conditioning expert to investigate the issue. Right way roofing provided an air condition repair phone number and ask us to call to arrange the inspection. We called the number and explained the situation. The air condition repair company told us to wait until they could call Right Way Roofing to verify my story before scheduling onsite inspection. In less than 30 mins, air condition repair company called back and informed me that they had contacted Right Way Roofing and verified my store and would send tech over right way.The air repair tech found that one new roof nail punched the refrigerant line of my air conditioning unit open and drained all the refrigerant in my air conditioner. The Tech soldered the coper line and refiled about 6.5-pound R22 refrigerant. The air conditioner was back for business. The air conditioning company sent the first bill of $1891 directly to Right Way Roofing. But Right Way Roofing refused to pay and told me that 1) they cannot work on roof for free without profit, 2) the refrigerant line was too close to the roof by the builder 24 years ago. It was not Right Way Roofing s fault. Then they forward the bill to **** have tried to file a claim with their insurance since day one and until now, more than 3 months later, still cannot get their insurance claim department contact information. We should ask their insurance claim filing information before placing our signature on the contract was the ****** learned, other than we should go with bigger roofing company.

Wenxu,The A/C line was installed directly against the underside of the roof deck, which is against code. The A/C line must be, according to code, at least 1.5" away because code also says that our roofing nails must penetrate through the deck. I have offered to pay half, even though this is 100% the responsibility of the **** contractor, but you refused. I have offered to help you go after the responsible contractor but you refused that as well. I have tried to file an insurance claim, as you know, but they won't even accept the claim because it is the fault another contractor. I wish you the best.

Too all Beware!!! Hired for a new roof. (simple enough) I thought. Sign contract on Feb. 19, 2024. I checked Right Way Roofing to make sure they were licensed & Insured. All checked out. Started the job on March 19, 2024. They stripped 1/2 of the roof off. Came back on the 20th, finished stripping off the rest of the roof off, well low and behold skies turned black storms coming from the north &/lighting. (weather station predicted rain coming from the north. Well it poured for two hours (no roof protection) The two fellows ran to the their truck saying get the tarps, well needless to same no tarps. Nothing could be done to help protect the wood base of the roof. Needles to say I have water damage to all my ceiling to one extent or another. Water came through light fixtures exhaust fans, no covers on any thing on the roof. I need a ******************* to start this job. But the company Right Way only sent out a handyman (licenses & insured ). Than sent out a Drywall repair service.(licensed & insured) Now here we are Right Way roofing has insurance for unexpected accidents when or if they happen. Owner **** ************************ officer *********************** refuse to put a claim into their insurance company. So needless to say I put a complaint in to the **** It has been over two months of no accountability from them.(There are no questions about who is liable for destruction of my home.) So it goes to show you REVIEWS JUST MEANS THEY GOT LUCKY. Im saying BEWARE. I hope this helps someone else, make a Right Way decision. In this case Right Way is the Only Way is just a catcheline that's all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MISTAKE

In the 21 years of owning Right Way Roofing, I have never had a customer behave this way. My crew was thrown off of the roof by ***** because she didn't like a piece of fascia that was replaced. She was screaming, cussing and threatening to call the police if they didn't get off of the roof. Then the storm came. The roof was covered but it's impossible to tarp a flat roof. The damage is minor and I have had 5 contractors out there to give bids and she keeps refusing them. I have never been cussed at and insulted so many times in the last 21 years, or ever.

******* underlayment repair went quickly and was fixed the day after Christmas. It rained shortly after and it didn't leak. The only issue I had is with the roof tile replacement matches because about 30 or more tiles were broken during the movement of the cement tiles. Though, they did try with 3 different tiles to match, it was determined that all we could do was a close match. I had all my vents replaced which was suppose to be animal proof "darn roof rats," but I am not real sure they replaced all of them or if there is even screens in the vents as I was promised. I hope there is but I am old and can't get up on a ladder to check. Furthermore, they went above and beyond with my payment issue which was no fault of theirs, instead it was my bank playing games with the check and phone calls. It was resolved and payment finally went through. Thanks to **** and her patience. Thus, so far, I am happy overall.

Horrible Experience. I contracted with Right Way Roofing to replace the underlayment on my tile roof. The first day on the job (Wednesday) the supervisor said they could not work around my solar hot water solar panel. The salesperson (****) said they could and that they moved solar hot water panels all the time. I had an explicit conversation with him (****) for know something about solar panels and the challenges they can be with re-roofing. He assured me there would be no problem. So, I had to jump through hoops trying to find someone to come out right away to remove the solar panel which added an unexpected additional expanse to my already expensive roof repair. The roofers were here Wednesday. Thursday and Friday and when they left on Friday, they said they would be back on Monday to finish. I spent an hour picking up discarded nails, screws and debris around my house on Saturday. Monday came and went, no show and no call. Tuesday, no show but they called and said they would be here Wednesday. Again, Wednesday came and went and no show, they did call and said they would be here Thursday. When I questioned them as to why they were a no show and why the finish job was taking so long all I got were excuses. It was going to rain, it was cold, they had other jobs etc. They arrived about 9:30 Thursday morning, the roofer was in such a hurry that when he left, he left his ladder leaning up against my patio roof right where he was using it. Now I have to wonder what kind of job he did if he was in such a rush. I re arranged my entire schedule the week before Christmas, waiting around for them to arrive and finish the job. Which was a total waste of my time and efforts. I read the reviews for Right Way Roofing and thought I was making a good decision. I was obviously wrong and looks like I may have just had back luck with them. If I knew what I know now, I most likely would have chosen another roofer.

Oh no! I'm so sorry. I will definitely talk to **** about the solar water heater situation. It is unacceptable that they left debris and I will hold a meeting immediately to address that. We were pushed back with the foam roof due to the rain as the roof has to be dry to install foam; however, we should have communicated better and I apologize for that. I appreciate your honest review and will use this as a learning opportunity. You can be rest assured knowing that you have a modified bitumen as underlayment and we stand behind our warranties. I had Right way Roofing come and replace our roof underlayment broken tiles ect...... They came behind a horrible experience I had with another company who did absolutely nothing whom I paid. When Right Way came they explained everything and kept me informed on all the details. Anything I questioned they made it to my liking. ***** was awesome. He showed up when he said he would be here. He kept mi informed at every step of the way. It is complete and they did a great job!!! Thank you Right way roofing. I even spoke with **** the owner on two occasions and she was so sweet. She also answered any questions i had. Im happy I chose this company!!!

Right Way Roofing really followed through on all promises and the work was excellent. ******* kept me appraised of the timing. **** did a thorough and accurate estimate of the work, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Supplies were delivered and a large trailer for trash was backed up to the house just under the roof a couple days before the work began. When the crew showed up for the work, **** explained what was to happen and the timing. He kept me informed about what was to happen and the timing. It took 2 days to complete. I am delighted with the results.

Right Way Roofing is the best roofing company out there! The ***** team was fantastic and I love that they do business the old school way my experience started with *******! She is fantastic! She is so personable and her love love her way of thinking!! She kept me informed every step of the way!! I have to mention ***** as well, I have been home with the stomach flu the last 2 days and she had called to get payment but understood I havent been feeling well and told me to call when I am feeling better to initiate payment!
