Okay, so to start th***s off, when I went in for an interview for the detailer position all seemed great. *** the owner was a really cool guy, so I thought. I was just gett*** back on my feet so yes I took the job. At first it was amaz***, the job was fun as I personally enjoy clean*** coaches and mak*** older coaches look new again, after about a month th***s started chang***. *** the owner had started show*** his true colors, call*** the guys F-*** idiots for ask*** questions, belittl*** everyone, violat*** OSHA regulations (in Arizona when you're work*** above a certain height, there needs to be platforms, they have had roofers fall off of the roofs of RVs and get seriously hurt), runn*** electrical wire unsafely, just a number of th***s. Also the sad part is that these people will do anyth*** to s**** their customers out of a dollar, just ask ****, the number one culprit of this. As a detailer set to work alone on their own, you tend to see and hear a lot of th***s, I can't tell you how many times I overheard them tell*** techs to purposely break th***s on customers units to sell the customer on a fix that they never even needed... Unethical and pathetic. On top of that they constantly have you in fear of los*** your job by ask*** you "do you like your job?" There was one instance where I had to leave early as my pregnant wife had an appointment, I come in the next day to a talk*** to by one of their managers where I'm told "you view family differently, I've missed a few ballgames" and then told that I don't do anyth*** when as the detailer that is supposed to be detail*** RVs was always clean*** up stupid th***s like wires , or bathrooms. Also they have an amaz*** shop ******* that knows what he's do*** yet they never let him do his darn job, give the guy a break he's the best manager you have, and in my opinion the only true manager you have.Also I saw an employee get fired, they tried to tell unemployment that he resigned when he was terminated...

They are rip offs going to take them to court next charged 100 a piece to install batteries and 300 a piece for batteries, the main thing was to look at roof and wanted ****** and left coach out in rain and had awnings and didn't pull it under they just let it leak ,if I show up there I would bust there ***, will let court settle it, I have picked it up anybody that doesn't take care of your stuff, I don't want them working. On it no wonder there not associated with better business bureau

Our 2008 Itasca Latitude has a basement **. It continually popped the circuit breaker and after being inspected by 5 ** service techs we were told the compressors were bad and they could not repair it. ****** told me they could replace the compressors and get the unit working, if I brought the ** unit to their shop. We have lived in the ** full time for over 13 years. I removed the unit (with great difficulty) and took it to them. ****** called and said repairs would be $1750. I gave them $900 to start repairs. A week or more later, it was ready. I learned then that they had not touched the compressors. It blew cool air (when the outside temperature was 80). ****** said it was working fine. I reminded him that the compressors were bad and would overload the circuits if the Temps were higher. He claimed I never told him to replace the compressors. 3 weeks later, I picked up the ** which they said was working great now,. I paid an additional $3740. I reinstalled the unit and turned it on. The second compressors continues to blow the circuit breaker. They now can't find time to have their technicians look at it.
