            VPM at every level has provided superb customer service to me. At any point that I had issues, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Especially Sena, a customer service *** at ********************** helped me with a failed vaporizer, she researched the product and my account, at the end of the day, my warranty had, recently, expired and they are ***lacing the unit anyway because I have been a consistent and loyal customer. Were I ********************, I would accredit this firm.

            If youre lucky enough to get **** in CS, youre in good hands. I recently purchased the CCEll Fino and I love it but after about a month it stopped charging. I reached out to VPM CS (email) and was fortunate enough to get **** and she made the replacement process painless and was very fast on email replies which I truly appreciated! I could not recommend this company any higher.

            Shipped my order in Les than 10 hours ?? there was an issue with the express delivery and they promptly emailed me with the issue and issued the proper refund without any inquiries in my part. **** from VPN gets my vote of confidence ??
