They replaced the windshield on July 30, 2024. After the install there is an air leak creating a whistle inside the car. the install tech has come out and tried to repair three times but could not. he said to call the office.The office does not answer nor return calls.

We have been in contact with the customer. We have been out there three times we have sealed it each time and also used an ultrasonic leak detector the noise he is hearing is not coming from the Windshield. It is coming from somewhere else there is nothing for that that can be done since this is not from our installation. the noise is coming from something else. This case is closed. Everything was tested per **************************** standards. The sound is coming from something else on his vehicle, we are consider considering this case closedCustomer response

The sound is coming from the windshield! I have been a driver for 45 years and been in engineering field for 40, I can tell where the sound is coming from. I personally took the technician for a drive so he can hear it firsthand. I also sent him a video and pictures where I put a masking tape at the location the sound is coming from. When the area has the tape the sound stops. Ultrasonic Leak detector was not used as I was there each time the technician put more sealer. As to being in contact it has been more than a month since I talked to anybody from the office.

The customer was not out there every time and it did not go away when we put tape around it if that was the case resealing it wouldve gotten rid of the noise three times it was resealed and yes, it was tested
