Refused to give me service because I asked him to enter through the back so he would not go through my carpeted living room. He said he would refer me to another vendor and refused me service and left. The man, plumbing supervisor *****, refused to give me service because I asked him to come through the back way. He asked me why, and I told him that I didn't want people coming through my living room which is a carpeted area and not necessary for access to the washer and dryer. He did not need access to this area in order to do assess the problem. He told me he would refer me to another company. He refused to give me service because he could not go where he wanted to go in my space. He wanted to be in control as I find many service people do. When I established my need, he was unwilling to perform service and left. This company was hired through the insurance company ******************** and I have had nothing but horrible providers from them. Over the last three years, American home shield has provided me nothing but poor service referrals.Review from Jakub R

Do not trust these people! Water way came to my home to install a water heater. They uninstalled my functioning water heater and brought the wrong one, it didn't fit. They wouldn't give me back my water heater and certainly wouldn't reinstall it. Said they'd return with the correct one tomorrow. This happened yesterday now they want me to buy one and pay them to install it. I feel like they came to my home and stole my water heater. I asked for my water heater back repeatedly and now "they can't find it". Do not trust these people!Review from Mervin I

Had this company assigned to me through a claim via a house warranty program. Tech was assigned to my claim with a date and time with a 5 hour window, came home early from work to make sure I'd be home for this tech to fix a toilet which required removing the water reservoir and fix the drain gasket, all parts were on site and ready to go, just had to show up with tools and perform the work, easy straight forward job.Day of the appointment Waterway tech no called no showed, no contact whatsoever on the appointment date, came here to find nothing but bad reviews, not surprised at all.Never having this company assigned to any of my warranty claims or anyReview from Charlane B

******* was unable to communicate in English, came in with no tools, no uniform, no business card., and he couldnt find the front door, which is readily apparent with an address. We could not communicate and he could not understand the problem or the situation. He refused to provide service because I wanted to communicate in my language, English.I have requested, from your company, another plumber who can communicate in English and who is a professional plumber. I waited four days, without a toilet and still have a leaking toilet.Please send someone who speaks English tomorrow.Thank you.Review from Nick F

water way Technican showed up too my hs with my wife and Mom there and did not even access the situation first. meaning did not even look at our toilet or its plumbing. even did not go into our back yard. stated to my wife and Mom that we needed a pressure release valve. again not even checking anything or the pressure itself. Mind u the Pipe is rattling the entire wall and giving out a loud sound/ noise all thru out the house.Gave an estimate of $685.00 for this. so when I heard this I called and asked questions and they told me same thing over the phone? stated that even though we did this work might not fix the problem, I was dumbfounded too hear this type of a response from a business claiming they know what the problem is. so I called another plumbing ** too double check and ask for further information and they informed me too check the float inside the toilet. I replaced it and low n behold it was clogged, since then no more rattling of the pipe. This ** are scammers who pray on women for a quick buck. I would not re**mmend them or ever use this **mpany. Fraudulent practices. Charged me to schedule the service assuring me they could do the job and then after I take off work the day of the appointment (5 hour window) a week later two different individuals show up to tell me they are unable to do the job. Still kept my money from the week prior claiming that was for the "deductible". For work that was never done? Very inconsiderate with total disregard for the problems they caused with their disorganized shady business practices. Beware!
