I had my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon towed from **************** in ******, Az to Coyote Auto for repairs to the whole clutch system including to the Slave cylinder on the outside of the clutch. My jeep was at Coyote Auto for about 2 weeks and at one point in time while my jeep was sitting there the owner *** had stated that he was doing me a favor but fitting it in and if I didn't like it I was more than welcomed to take it somewhere else. He had already started on some other things on my jeep that I wanted fixed and since it was already at his shop, I left it there. I didn't want 2 different bills nor have to pay someone again to tow it to another auto shop. In the end I ended up paying Coyote Auto $4,554.57 on June 11, 2024 for the work he had done and a whole new clutch system. Not 3 weeks later my slave cylinder in the clutch went out again. This time I had no clutch whatsoever and I almost ended up in a bad accident. When we called him my husband and I explained what had happened he asked us to bring the jeep up to ****** from ***** Basin and when we got there, he asked if one of his guys could drive the jeep, I said, yes! His mechanic came back and said that it didn't happen to him. The owner of Coyote Auto then stated, that they could keep the jeep for a couple of weeks and have his guys drive it around and see if it does it to them. The owner of Coyote said that he didn't have time to fix whatever was wrong. I was very angry considering I had just handed him almost $5k three weeks earlier and the issue was not fixed. I took the jeep home and had to have it towed to *********** in ******, ** and they fixed the slave cylinder for me because like I had told the original shop Coyote Auto it was bad. I ended paying Payson tire $189 for the repair and the tow truck $300 to have it towed from ***** Basin to ****** to be fixed. The jeep was no longer drivable by the time I had gotten home after leaving Coyote Auto.
