    Signed up for membership March 13, 2024 and canceled on March 27, 2024. They continued to bill monthly at $35.99 per month. Only way to communicate with them is to text or web site where you receive no reply. There isn't anyway to speak to a live person. I have been billed $140+ to date with no way of stopping other than disputing and blocking through my credit card company.

    On 10/26/23 at 8:35 am I attempted to get a car wash. The automated system didn't recognize me again, and this happens every month. I explained to the young lady that I was in a hurry as I had people to pick up from the airport and asked if she could offer a solution. She stated that if she gave me a free car wash she would have to do it for everyone. I never asked for a free car wash, I just wanted a solution. So I asked for the manager and ***** came over simply to berate me and yell over me "you're either renewing or you're leaving", "YOU'RE EITHER RENEWING OR YOU'RE LEAVING". I felt so hopeless and frustrated, I told him "but I just renewed 3 weeks ago" he said "there is no proof of that". This manager didn't check his computer, didn't review any logs, he just simply saw my complexion and my tattoos and ultimately called the cops on me while the young lady shouted from the kiosk "now you're inconveniencing all these people.....congratulations" all whilst clapping. I have never been so offended and made to feel so hopeless. Being in the fintech industry for 25 years, I can't help but feel that they are somehow double dipping, or making money somehow and making people renew every single month instead of having auto renew. Almost like they're getting some kind of jump on the interest by making folks renew even though they're not necessarily due. I became a "member" for the convenience but it has anything but convenient. Having to go into the office every month, and wait every month while someone scrapes the old sticker off and places a new one is ridiculous. Their lack of empathy further makes me believe something shady is going on. As you can see they are rated one star with an F business rating and they just couldn't care less. It's not worth it guys. Just get yourself some brushes a hose and a bucket from ******* and just wash your own car at home. They're just simply not at the level of say Cobblestone or Super Star Car wash. Hope ******** gets a real car wash.

    Hello! First of all, we are so sorry that you have been going through these difficulties with your car wash memberships and that you felt discriminated against, that was never our intention. As for an explanation of what happened, this site switched POS in May of this year, and our guests were not automatically transferred. Since May, you had not been charged for any washes that you received after numerous attempts to get your information on the new POS system. Efforts to get your information on new system ended with you being belligerent to the staff and blocking the pay station for 30 minutes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not wish for you continue to utilize any of our car wash sites. Thank you, Maya

    After reading a popular Neighborhood App's comments of the Fast and Friendly Car Wash on ******************* in ********, ** making "unauthorized" monthly charges after car washes to other customers,, I checked my bank account statements and sure enough, I have also been duped for 6 months. There are Several ppl recently complaining about the same unethical, unauthorized fraudulent charges from this business occurring. My money will be refunded by my bank, so OK there, BUT>>>LET THIS BE AN OFFICIAL WARNING TO OTHERS.

    in April washed my moms car one time in ******** ******* ******************* Boulevard location - Employee took my debit card inside because they were having problems with the outside kiosk and somehow I got signed up for a $19.99 membership fee. I got charged in May and got charged in June went down to cancel the so-called membership and seek $39.98 credit and nobody can help to get it stopped- so its automatically taken out of a debit card month after month -I never gave them permission or authorize any further charges than the $9.99 car wash for that particular day ! Spoke to multiple employees and left a handwritten message for the manager who was supposed to contact me back - no response !! I have eight different phone numbers listed for this business, and none of them are working - unethical business practices!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS ??*****************

    This company has pulled money from My account 3x this month and only once was authorized. They apparently discontinued family plans but charged me for mine plus 2 more with 0 warning. The staff say they cant help. Ive been to both locations in my town 2 times. Since this started they have now also shut the phone lines down. Manager tells staff do not give out my contact information. Nobody can help on site to return my money but you had no problem illegally taking it. Its basically impossible to cancel or get refunded on site, this is so unprofessional. All the staff there will tell you, we are under staffed, its a joke, its a s*** show around here, and of the 4 staff I spoke to at each different interaction they all said family plans were continuing. They never notified customers of the change, the employees are clueless. Why dont your staff even have the correct information.? It is the most unprofessional and frustrating transaction I have ever had with a company who auto drafts funds from me. The manager said that of the **** subscriptions in Maricopa that 700 were incorrectly charged over the last month, and the company is aware but instead of notifying customers you wait to let us figure it out and we have to go to a location (because even though the phone was never answered its now no longer in service) to speak to employees. Whoever is honestly in charge is not a leader at all! They tell employees to have customers click contact us on the website to get this figured out, but when you do try to submit the claim the page says theres a problem with your submission even the manager himself couldnt submit a request. Its been 9 days since I started inquiring for my money and no response or help. Besides what I listed above, the carwashes in Maricopa have gone downhill since it changed ownership. The middle lane is always closed cause they are too cheap to fully staff us and open a 3rd according to employees. Somebody needs to take ownership.

    I cancelled my membership subscription in March due to them charging me twice for the same subscription in a one month period. This company has refused to cancel.my subscription every mo th since March I have been charged, I have gone into the carwash spoke to the same manager (*****) and they claom.my account has been cancelled, she claimed my banking information has been removed but yet I'm being charged . What can I do, at this point their stealing my money.

    Double charged on auto pay for over 6 months. Severe scratches on *** paint. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN IN PERSON, PRESSES A LITTLE HARD AND GUESS SCARED THE 18 YEAR OLD FOR BEING A SMART A** TO A RETIRED MILITARY MEMBER. And they had the *** spaces for a vacuum not working. My *** RIGHTS JUST GOT TAKEN AWAY BY A PUNK KID...Going to file small claims and fight back for all the other disabled people.
