            On September 16 2020 i made a ******* dollar deposit on a safe that had to be ordered. They never delivered the safe. They never followed up. I have waited this long because i have tried contacting them every quarter only to get promises and lies. They are thieves.

            Viewed all call logs and no calls from ******* since 2022.  Last correspondence was with his wife *********************** on September 19, ***************************************************************************************** stock at that time (keep old price even though new pricing has increased over $1000 since order was originally placed) or refund she was going to talk with ******* and get back to us but no call logs again from her either since that date.  I am fine to refund the amount and actually mailed out a check #**** today for $2144.45 which is the amount he put a deposit for the safe in 2020 which is more than he noted with the BBB for $2000.00.  We were not trying to be dishonest in any way, we just didn't get the communication of final desires. If ******* feels any of this is incorrect he can contact me any time. ********

            Bought a safe and it came damaged on arrival but was functioning so I delt with the sell to get issue resolved which I thought it was. I have a warranty on defectived parts and the dial lock stopped working. I have been calling liberty safe to get issue resolved and it's been about 2 months and it's the typical bs run around don't do anything to honor their warranty.

            Received this compliant from a ***************************.  We do not have any customer under this name.  We are an independent dealer of Liberty Gun Safes out of Arizona which our company name is ******************** and have a dba AZ Liberty Safes, and I believe this individual thinks we are the manufacture Liberty Safe & Security which is based in ****** ****.  I am assuming he purchased the safe from another independent dealer or individual in ******* where he is from because he didnt purchase it through **.  The manufacturer which company is Liberty Safe & Security provides the warranty service and can be reached at **************.  I am assuming it is a Liberty safe because that is how he would have searched and found my company name in Arizona.  I will email ****** contact information for Liberty Safe & Security as well as give our sales rep his information to have them try and get this resolved quickly.
