    A salesperson named **** assisted us on buying the car. We got to test drive the car and like it. The only problem is if they could get a black interior, and he presented same model car with black interior but the exterior color is not what we want. We want the first car that we rode but we want the black interior. He said that he found one from the other shop with all the same features with the first car we rode. Okay, great! Much more expensive but it's okay we want the black interior so we decided to get it and we talked and talked about the numbers and finally come up with the numbers we agreed upon. We signed the lease contract while the car is being pick up. But almost time for me to go to work and I haven't sleep since I work overnight. We told them If we could pick it up later however my husband ended up picking it up the next. So the next day morning, I came home and sleep and then woke up excited to see my new ride. And I was disappointed, color matches but the inside is not the 2nd row captain chairs that I want, they gave me a bench 2nd row. I called them if they could swap it with the captain chair but I've been calling them since Saturday (the first time I saw my new ride in the garage). **** says he's gonna call me back once he talk to the manager but I never heard from him anymore. I called Sunday, they said there's no sales manager around on Sunday so had to call back Monday. I finally got a hold of one of the manager **** on Monday which is yesterday. He said he needs to inform ***** since he's the one who approve it and he's not in yesterday, he'll be back on Tuesday which is today and I might have to pay more for captain chair. I said NO, I'm not paying any cents. I called today to look for ***** but he's not in today. He'll be in on Wednesday which is tomorrow. I haven't ride the car since we got it and I sold off my old one the same day we signed the contract. So right now, I don't have a car and use **** and asked people around to drop me off.

    We bought a car here 6 years ago and had a great experience so we came back. This time was not good. First we had an agreement on a price of vehicle to purchase. Upon seeing the final receipt, the agreed upon amount which we have via text message, was almost $600 higher than agreed upon amount. They have a signed paper agreeing to the lower price. Then we signed a paper at 60 months with $309 dollar payments. We have a loan through our credit union we told them we were issuing. We go to finance and see *******, who lied and cheated us. When asked about a warranty we said no. He gave three different spiels and we said no. I walked away with my 3 year old son as we said no three times. I went and moved the car seat from the trade in to the purchased vehicle. 10 minutes later my wife came out. She said he gave us the warranty at the same price. Upon reading the purchase agreement the liar added $2809 and a year onto our payment to get a warranty. I will never do business with them again. ******** us out of money, lie about an agreed upon amount. On top of that he went through another company and not our requested one we have established a loan through. Terrible service.

    I have never been treated so rudely by a dealership before. I gave this dealership four tries to prepare a used vehicle for purchase and each time was met with incompetence. The first appointment ********************* was 25 minutes late to greet us and did not even know where the vehicle was on his lot, I had to show him. The car was extremely dirty and did not start. Second appointment I was told it needs tires. Third appointment it was still dirty to the point it had boxes and sand in the back. That appointment ended in the salesman typing out exactly what needed to be handled for the vehicle to be ready the next day. I made a partial down payment then to secure the car. Before going in the next day I called in and spoke with managers ***** and **** and was assured everything was handled and the mechanical issue was confirmed to be fixed by a salesman driving the car. I still came in to a dirty car and the mechanical issue still there. The manager **** tried to remedy the situation and said he would call me in the morning. I had to call him the next day in the afternoon and when I asked to just be refunded he hung up on me. I will never again attempt to do business here.

    Great place to do business. Fast friendly and honest . I purchased my ***** and couldnt be happier . The process was very easy .I highly recommend this place .

    On their website they show a price without taxes and fees. But under taxes and fees are charges that they are trying to sneak by you. For instance:$700 for a Xpel Ceramic Window tint.$200 Lifetime Nitrogen Inflation $700 Lojack Security $200 Xpel Door Guards $1,100 Noblix Ceramic Seal And then of course the actual taxes and fees $1,000 Doc Fee $300 Registration fee.$1,680 Taxes.They should not be advertising a car for a price that does not include anything other than optional items, taxes, and fees. A person could believe the actual taxes and fees were $5,875 and not click on the taxes and fees drop down to see what was really being included. I complained to the dealership and they assured me that at the dealership they do not do this. It is only on their website. I did not buy a car from this dealership.

    Purchased a vehicle a *** 23rd.Would not remove LoJack which is not needed it was a 600 dollar add on.If it wasn't for them scratching my car before I drove it off the lot probably would be giving them 5 stars.They fixed it with polishing compound I believe. The scratch came back after the first wash I did on my car. I used some polishing compound on a microfiber and it is barely noticeable again. I guess I'll have to use some every time I wash my car now. The scratch is in a super visible area above the rear door on the pillar that meets the roof. It went through the paint and shows the base coat and primer underneath. Somebody detailing the car probably was wearing jewelry and it caused the scratch.They also scratched up the area by the driver's door handle. Somebody there just doesn't care or doesn't want to be there and it shows.Update: I reached out to this dealer regarding the 3* review with the number they provided. They said they never received a call back reguarding a review and transferred me to ******. He seemed upset about the review and said he couldn't help me because of the review and how I was negatively affecting his sales staff because of it. I told him the sales staff was great and I even mentioned that in my review. And I was upset about what was basically a bandaid fix for a scratch and it will come back every time I wash my car.He then said to bring the car down if I take down the negative review and they would see what they can do.I thought about it and it's not worth it to me.Guilt tripping your customers and acting like you're doing them a big favor instead of having standards and standing by your work is not a good look.I lowered my rating because ****** was a jerk about receiving negative feedback and trying to make me feel bad about having my car scratched before I drove it off the lot and not being happy with the fix they provided.Go somewhere else other than this place. I'll fix the scratch on my own.
