When *********************************************** were completed with the task they asked me if there was anything I had concerns, and being very concerned about the condition of our house plumbing system I asked *********************************************** to sit down at our kitchen table where they went into detail on our problems.*********************************************** provided a detailed breakdown of what was needed to be fixed and the cost of every step that was offered for the fix.If I was setting up a service business I would offer this fine example of totally professional leadership to manage my service technicians and have *********************************************** select the technicians that would look, work and carry themselves in the same professional manner as *********************************************** showed me this day. I understand very well that *********************************************** have past excellent technical experience, and they both showed it this day. As a final note, I again wish to thank *********************************************** for the superior job they did today in the inspection of my plumbing system and in the feedback they gave Mrs * and myself.Respectfully, *****************

Get a second opinion and the song, "SMILLING FACES" by group The Undisputed Truth, describes my experience with Plumbing Masters! There were work related issues, disagreements on pricing, and misrepresentation regarding the document signatures. They did trench - less pipe replacement at price of $19000! I recommend getting a second opinion! They assured that the insurance would pay for good amount of cost (turns out not true, nothing was covered) --! Workers never on time, very messy (TWICE I HAD TO CLEAN MESS LEFT IN A ROOM), Pile of trash was left on front house for a few days, I had to remind them to come pick it up (people were wanting to call HOA)! Plus, they also found unplanned issues and would be an added $16000 cost, I mentioned that I thought added cost was overpriced, they assured me Insurance would pay a good amount of cost and also said that they wanted to get the most out of insurance but instead, they got more out of me! $10000 I previously gave them 2 stars on review, but now I feel ONE star is deserved! Had a visit from Plumbing Masters to discuss my 2-star review! One of issues was the pricing! I had contested that they over charged for the unplanned issue ($19000). The plumbing master employ showed me on his tablet that I was only charged extra $8000 for added unplanned issue! The first major project charge before unplanned issues was $18000., add this to the $8000 equals $260000! Master plumbing addition amount is $350000. The only good thing about this is that gave me a 20-year warranty on parts and workmanship.

We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations, especially regarding pricing, aren't met. It seems we could have been more thorough in our cleanup efforts and management for you.Thank you for sharing your experience and emphasizing the importance of seeking a second opinion before committing to significant expenses. We were under the impression that you did in fact received around $14K back from your insurance company, and I apologize for any confusion or misrepresentation in that regard. We have heard many horror stories of other plumbing companies as well from our clients and their past experiences on hiring without second opinions.. It's clear that trust and comfort are crucial when selecting a service provider, and it sounds like we may have fallen short in meeting your expectations. I apologize for any disappointment caused.Large projects like yours involve many complexities, and pricing can vary between companies. While we may not be the cheapest option, we aim to ensure our longevity and reliability for over 20 years. Hopefully, the 20-year warranty we provide will offer some peace of mind moving forward. We have to take the good with the bad and we can use this for training purposes and make sure this doesn't happen again. We thank you for your feed back, without it we cant get any better at our jobs.

What a GREAT Experience we had with Plumbing Masters !! ************************* was our point of contact/project manager - a very experienced & professional man. Did what he said he would do - we had all sewer drain lines replace in the house and yard. On time and on budget. He brought a very polite, hard working and professional crew to boot !! We have raved about our experience to all our neighbors and people we meet when we are out walking our dog. We are residents of Sun City and it seems like all the sewer pipes in all the homes are failing at the same time. Price was way under the competitors - We are price shoppers :-) We will not hesitate to contact ******* in the future for any repairs we need that involve a 'pipe' in the house - they do it all !! HINT: If you need a new pipe from the house to the street there is a very good chance that the pipes under the house need replace also) They have a system replaces the pipes & eliminates most of the under structure digging and trenching !! Completely impressed with this company and all the employees we have had any dealings with (no, I don't work there - just got carried away with enthusiasm !!)

They fix one problem and and broke another I paid 1300$ and still have the same problem water still running outside!! And left big whole in my wall on the side of my home, that I have to pay to get fix. It sock being a single African American home owner this happen all the time fix one thing and break another so you can call them back them they say well *********** it something else there more money my home Ins will not cover my wall I just so upset with the whole thing mean while I getting this high water bill my first on was ******

Evonne, We came out to your home 3 months ago to fix a leak on the front of your home where your main water comes into your home. At that time we told you that we do not repair stucco and you would have to call another contractor or go through your insurance. You do not want a plumber doing stucco work and you don't want a stucco contractor doing plumbing work. 3 months later you called us out to look at another leak in your yard and our technician told you it was not leaking from where we repaired the leaking copper line 3 months ago. When he told you that it was a separate leak you slammed the door in his face! That does not help us help you. He left at that point so I am not too sure how to help you if you wont talk to our team.

I agree with Els re: price gouging. $1800 to reseat 2 toilets and change tank equipmt and shutoff hoses. How many new toilets couldve been installed for that price?

****,First off, I would like to apologize for our team leaving you feeling like we are priced high. I agree with your concern, we should had discounted on the second toilet pull reset and rebuild. We look at this as a training issue and we will do some training add on(s). We have to take the good with the bad and go back to the drawing board sometimes and this is one of those times. I wish we could have done something when we at your home instead of you having to go find another plumber. I failed my team member due to our training and I take this serious and will get this into the training room asap. We appreciate your review so that we can keep striving to be the best.
