If youre in need of ac/heating work PLEASE call this company! Best experience EVER! We rent and the property management company gave us the run around all day and they finally called to get someone sent out at 6 pm and the technician was clear across town so I told him I would understand why he wouldnt make, but about 45 minutes later he showed up! Literal night in shining armor! He had the ac back up and running by 830! Will be recommending this company to anyone and everyone who is in need of HVAC work! **** is amazing!Review from Geralt B

I own a rental property in ********, **. Tenants reported the upstairs AC unit went out. I live out of state and **** (Glacier Air HVAC) received a work order from my property management company to analyze the issue. **** provided a detailed trouble shooting report with his findings. After talking to **** about my options and with summer arriving, I opted to replace both AC units (18 years old). **** sent a detailed quote for 2 RunTru AC units. I lucked out and **** was able to secure a 3.5 and 4 ton unit even though inventory at dealers was very low due to supply chain issues.Throughout the process, **** was very transparent about unit models and parent company Trane, its warranty, pricing, scope of work and materials included. During the installation process, **** provided timely updates, took pictures of old units and installation of new units, vacuum readings on the actual display etc. Tenants were very happy with the end results.Since this was a big ticket item I managed the purchase and installation directly with **** and not through my property management company. Overall, I found **** to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable, detailed and honest. I definitely recommend his service when it comes to HVAC related repairs and replacements.
