    Very poor customer service an support. Our A/C went out this past Saturday they do not offer emergency service or weekend service in a 110+ degree weather. Refused to reimburse for payments made to a different company for tech support, while they offered a 10 year warranty. An office person called back today 8/7/23 stating our warranty could be voided because someone else fixed the issue with the unit.

    We are sorry for the misunderstanding, unfortunately we do not offer 24hrs service repairs. Your system is out of labor warranty. Your system has a 10-year part warranty which means that if a part goes bad the manufacturer will provide one for you without cost. But you must hire an HVAC Licensed contractor so they can process the warranty part. You will still be responsible for paying the labor. Since your system is out of labor you are not eligible for any reimbursement.  The Person that you hired does not have a License contractor, therefore he will not be able to claim any warranty part with the manufacturer. All of this was explained over the phone, even so client wrote a bad review knowing that it wasnt our fault. Using this means of communication to damage our companys image.

    Came to my home awsome customer service .explained everything in detail .worked on AC ****** was running excellent. Employe that showed up need a pay riase that's how good he was.

    Unprofessional, poor customer service, poor quality of work and very rude. They are very nice and professional and answer your question and promise you that you are going to be very satisfied with them just to get their business but after you have signed all the paper work and start the work they dont cover anything or let you know for you to cover your furniture or your beds came back from work to a BIG mess all my furniture was full of dust had to come back from working 12 hour shift to clean and wash all of the bedding From my four bedrooms they were all full of dirt insulation pieces of ceiling. left the ac thermostat with out calking could see some holes on my ceiling where the air comes out and they didnt even cover it with calking very poor work. Called them and they said that they were going to send someone the next day and they never did called and left numerous messages and never answered or came. Very disappointed with this company.

    This company goes above and beyond to please their customers! I honestly don't know how anyone can give them a bad review. They are prompt, courteous, and very professional. More importantly I TRUST the people that do the work. My husband and I are happy with the Amana heat pump split system they installed two days before ********************* went very smoothly.

    The company installed Ac units. A week later starting leaking on the ceiling. They never ethically took care of the problem other than putting a bandage. When I asked for the owner I was told he was drunk on business hours and got hang up on me.

    We are sorry you had a water leak problem. We installed youre A/C unit 4 years ago. You called our office and scheduled an appointment in 09/21/22 the problem was due to lack of maintenance. We e-mailed you the photos that showed the clogged drain line and we been in communication with you via e-mail. So, we dont know why you say that the owner was drunk? Sadly, your system is out of Labor warranty thats the reason why you paid for the repairs. We assure you that if you had this problem since we installed the unit you wouldnt have waited four years to report it.
