Absolutely ************** Caution. We paid a few hundred dollars to have an existing amp and subwoofer connected. They were working when we pulled them out of our other vehicle. Then, We paid extra to have the proper after market screen put in and the display casing, all new wires and supplies. My son went to pick up the car and nothing works. Nothing. There is NO sound. The amp and sub work- but the whole job is not complete. There is a good 6' gap between the display and the dash- you can see completely inside and behind the Screen Display. Now they want to charge us MORE to fix the job. I would absolutely NOT recommend them. Original amount $625 not the owner is asking an extra $300 to fix - there is NO sound at all. on the date of 4-09-24 a customer came in for a system with his mom and father on 04-08-24 to purchase everything to get ordered! we were asking the following question " DOES THE VEHICLE HAVE GPS?" and they had replied no! they didn't even know what model the car was, so we did a little more research while the son was here and we asked him before we started "DID HE WANT US TO CONTINUE?" and he replied yes and so we proceeded to install the system then once we got everything together and finished the vehicle had no sound, i came back into the shop and asked the son " HEY, DID YOU COME IN WITH NO SOUND ?" he replies yes and then i told him that, that would've been important info to let us know so that way we would've told him another solution to make sure everything worked so i explained everything he would need for it to be working properly and i gave him a discount and to get the system working properly would be another $300.00 to correct his problem that he didn't tell us about ...now a week later 04-15-24 we get a complaint and a bad review instead of coming to the store and letting us explain what was happening they decided to do this ,we have called multiple times and still hasn't gotten a call back so we gave up on trying to help they didn't want to communicate like adults and I've tried to make a resolution and solve the problem but the son hasn't communicated anything as far as i seen.Customer response

It seems as though we aren't going to get to a resolution for this issue. This was a poor install done by someone who claimed he could complete the job. Only now that we have paid over $600 do we find the truth in the expertise of this business. Let alone the lack of professionalism by harassing our business which has nothing to do with this business in retaliation. Grow up. Our son has not lacked in communication. We wanted to speak to the installer/ owner to get proper clarification. Instead of speaking like a professional you bad mouthed our son and claimed he didn't communicate what the car needed. When in reality we came to you to get the update on why the install was poorly done. You proceeded to be extremely rude and disrespectful to our business leaving us false reviews - you screamed at my husband who is the one who came to your business. I have never been to your business location so right off the bat your response is full of false information. Next time just tell us you aren't qualified to do the job. Now we are out $600+, our son still doesn't have a working sound system and we are being harassed.Initial Complaint

May 28th I went in to get a new stereo and an amp. I was so excited and everything. After a month into it, on my way to the movies, my car began to smoke and I parked. I opened my hood to see a blue wire that was the amp melted into my whole system engine and such. I did not have my car for 3 months. I told ***** about this all and he claims he has nothing to do with it and that it could be because of my stupid driving and such. He was verbally aggressive towards me and such claiming it was all my fault. And if I wanted to take it all out and redo my old stereo that it will cost $300 which I found a rip off. After the 3 months my whole car was back and now I have no stereo. I put in my old system and found out he drilled holes into my gas tank on the top where drilled down other wires. After a while my car smelt like gas and I yet have the problem to fix. ***** in no shape or form has helped whatsoever and was very mean and aggressive towards me. He caused me so many waste of money and emotionally distressed me for months. I an struggling now because of him due to his mess **** Repair cost was roughly $1381.87. To put my old system in was $100. Towing was $300. Larrys purchases were over $1700. To get a new system (stereo) from a legit company is going to cost $683. He lied about adding a back up camera for free which costed $30.Customer response

The day of the install on may 28th as she claims she came in early morning around 830am with a coworker (girlfriend) **** stated that she needed us to diagnose her radio in her vehicle and we told her we can certainly do that for her, after we diagnosed the vehicle on why her radio had no sound we came to the conclusion after doing some testing that her vehicle amp had went out and we told her and we told her that we can get everything fixed for her within the next day, we asked her if she wanted to proceed on putting a new system in her car she said YES! so we showered her some radios and showed her some amps that would've worked great in her vehicle! we asked how would she like to pay and she said "Can i finance all the equipment and only pay ***** application fee" we told her yes she called her mom BF to asked for the ***** and he sent her the money , **** had financed through ***** credit financial that day. The next day we went to get the vehicle early morning around 8am to get a head start on the vehicle ,we started on the vehicle and were putting all the equipment in the vehicle, once we finished around 545pm on the vehicle we noticed that her battery didn't have a battery tie down so before she left the shop we told her to drive 1mile down the street to an ********* to get a universal one and she said "sounds good" we expected her to get it that day so we went on with our day. the next two weeks we get a call saying that her car is messed up due to the system we had put in and we asked her how did she get that outcome and she said that a random person had told her that was the problem...so we asked her can she get the vehicle towed to my residence so we can see what we can do to resolve this or to see if the problem was us we didn't get any response or anything from her so after that she called multiple times making threats and she even called the finance company and lied and said she returned the equipment when she never even came back at all (finance company has proof that we provided) we then found out that she was having the car towed previously and the *** accidently put the jumper cables on the wrong posts on the battery which wasn't mention until she told another coworker that and we found out through her so after those couple of weeks went by and she called again calling me names due to me declining more work to be done on her vehicle due to the false claims she put if. We never aggressive with her and we only spoke twice with a meeting we had at the store. there is more to the story that she isn't mentioning and Shes on camera and video recorded...she drove off happy and we even provided everything that we told her that we were going to offer as a service if you have any more questions please contact me at:
