    On June 7, 2024 I saw an ad on FB for Cowtown Boots about a blow out sale up to 70% off their boots & clothing. I bought 4 pair of boots & a pair of jeans. The total cost was $41.30. I received an email with a tracking # so I checked the ************* showed it was coming from *****! I checked my bank statement which showed it was purchased in ******! Well, I waited a month & the tracking said it was delivered but I never received it. I checked my post ************* didn't receive any package. I went to my emails & emailed the place that sent the tracking #. They informed me that they use their own delivery service & the delivery service says they delivered my package. I then emailed ******* I thought was the delivery service via the tracking company. They said to take it up with who I purchased the stuff thru. Then the next day I get an email from the delivery service stating they lost my 1st package & was sending another 1. THEN I get an email from the place I bought the stuff from saying they can only get 60% of my money back! Well I never got the 2nd pkg & was told there's a problem with the delivery service getting to my address & offered 70% refund because they have to determine if they are at fault! I said no I want 100% of my money refunded because I'm not at fault they are and they will have to take it up with their delivery service. I got an email today informing me that it takes 15 to 25 days to refund money but their processors are delayed so it could take longer! They won't confirm if I'm getting 100% of my money back or not and I don't know what to do. I'm on a fixed income I want my money back. The email is: **********************
