    This has to be the worst of bad business practices I have ever come across in my ******************************** October ******* I had to purchase a new truck, and in doing so the person writing up my paperwork hounded me into buying a service contract for this new ********* was told I could cancel at any time. So I start trying to cancel this service contract starting November 01 *****. The bad part of this whole experience is that you/I can almost never reach anyone to get this canceled. Other business' have tried to call them on my behalf, to no avail. What kind of business can this even be when they refuse to answer, return your multiple calls? I even sent a message to the CEO of this business about never being able to talk to anyone at his business (Bell Road Toyota) and to date haven't heard back from him either, Sheesh. What does a person have to do to get some resolution? I am almost ready to contact my lawyer.

    I have used Bell Road Toyota ************** 4 times now but this last experience was by far the best one yet. My RAV4 broke down and I was in a dire situation and needed my car fixed ASAP. *** ******* is my client representative and he went above and beyond and got my car fixed the same day I towed it in and I was able to get back to work. Hes always great to work with and will do his best to help his clients. I highly recommend Bell Road Toyota **************!

    I had the worst experience trying to get my car serviced at Bell Road Toyota and would never trust them with a vehicle of mine again, my service advisor was *********************. They had my vehicle all day didnt look at my car, no one could tell me anything about my cars status and couldnt get ahold of anyone at the service department, I had to show up in person to be helped.I showed up at 7:30am didnt get helped till 8am and only got helped because I got out of my vehicle and went to **** office. Once I was helped it seemed to go pretty well, I needed a simple diagnostic to tell me what was wrong with my car. I dropped off my vehicle and by noon or 1pm I had not heard anything so I called and it went to voicemail, about thirty minutes later I got an update - my car wasnt done and he would call me soon with an update. That update never came. About 4:30pm I started calling trying to get a second update - no answer. About 5pm rolled around and I dont care who I get on the phone I need my car or at least an update but I cannot get ahold of anyone. No managers were answering their phones and no one in service is answering their phones. I continue to call and have someone drive me to the dealership so I can get there before they close at 6pm, I dont get a person on the phone that could help me till I am pulling into the dealership at 5:45pm. When I get there most of the service advisors had went home including *** and my car and not been seen by a mechanic. Bell Road Toyota had my car from open to close, I had a morning appointment and my car sat in their parking lot and did not have anything done to it and the dealership did not communicate anything with me. When I got their the only thing they could tell me was I could rent a car so I have a car to drive but could not tell me what was wrong with my car, why it didnt get looked at and it didnt seem like they cared at all I will never bring them my service again and I recommend you choose another dealership as well.

    ************** BUYERS BEWARE, This business is shady at best if not fraudulent. Worst car buying experience ever. I could write a small book on all that went wrong, but will try to sum it up as best I can. We agreed to a certain price on a USED Car that was only on the lot a couple days. Car had No sticker price. Agreed on a certain day and time to pick it up. When we got there, the car was not ready and they gave us a form to sign that had a price $3-4K higher than we agreed on. They had added an accessory pkg to it. We said we didn't want it, but they said every car that went out of there, had to take it. Come to find out too late that this was for their brand new cars. Things like door guards, window tint, insur. AVAS etc. All were already on the car. And yet they charged us for what was already on the car. I call that Fraud. The finance person wasn't interested in our concerns, just said sign here, etc. without explaining what each charge was. I trusted them to have the correct figures.He said we would get a copy of all ppwk, however did not. I hear later, we were suppose to get a flash drive-didn't get. The next day, I noticed things on the contract that were not correct, like an added $895 for Avas that was in the accessory pkg. I tried several phone calls, emails and kept getting VM with no return calls. Tried to get a hold of managers, pushed from one person to another. After spending another 2 hrs in their office, I got the ppwk I should of had in the beginning and they sent a check for some of the over charges, but not all. Argued with another manager, but she would not bend. Things gone wrong with this deal: Wrong price, lied about the Car being in an accident, Car not ready when they said it would be, terrible customer service, fraudulent practices. Took advantage of an older couple. They should be turned in to the attorney general. In reading the reviews, we were not the first ones duped. Go to a different dealer.

    I purchased a new 2024 Grand Highlander on May 18, 2024. The price we had agreed on would be $40,549.00. I have text messages with this conversation. When checking my copy of paper work because I live out of state and have to take my paper work to my local DMV I noticed that the form 5011 shows the vehicle price of *********. I have tried on contact the dealership with no luck to anyone answering or calling me back. My salesperson appears to be busy which I understand I simply want clarification or adjustment be made to correct price agreed on. I do have to pay any taxes and for that purpose I would like clarification or adjustments made.

    My husband and I purchased two cars from here. My husband recently sold his car, and requested his gap coverage and left over warranty to be refunded. His gap coverage refund was a little over 400, his warranty refund was over 2000. After providing all the information bell road requested, we then only received a check for the gap coverage. My husband has been emailing constantly for weeks to resolve this issue, and still nothing. He will either not get a response or get an helpful response. Very disappointed, if my husband wouldnt have done the math, he would have been scammed out of over 2K!

    Bell Road Toyota has left me carless and they dont give a ****. My vehicle was taken in for repairs, due to their inability to communicate and their lack of inventory my vehicle has been stranded at their facility for nearly 6 weeks and will be there another 2. Bell road has had my vehicle for TWO MONTHS and they did not communicate this upfront until I signed documents stating that they would be completing the work for the insurance claim. I am a single person, with no transportation for the next two weeks because Toyota is unable to do their job.

Reviews Bell Road Toyota Reviews - *******, ** ***************** Looking to purchase a new vehicle, pretty much guaranteed sale and based on the initial experience with the sales manager, do not want to do ****** (********.com ******************** Dealers Bell Road Toyota - *******, BUYER BEWARE: the numbers given of payment and % changed from the signed agreed upon price that I initialed and signed with saleperson.Went in to finance Manager after long wait trusting that the information given was going to be the correct numbers. Finance manager had all paperwork flipped upside down then asks to sign here,sign there and flips them back over. I trusted not to have to read over all the paperwork but I clearly made a mistake. Now it's a game of phone tag and no one is calling me back to fix. At no time did anyone ever notify me of these changes and only found out next day when I finally had a chance to look at the paperwork carefully. Shafted me for over 3k more in finance charges and payment. Do your due diligence and read everything. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I turned down this exact vehicle a week before because we could not agree on price. Looks like they got there way with that.

    On 02/09/2024 purchased a 2019 Tesla Model 3 From Bell Road Toyota. It was advertised as being a long range model. On 02/13 I brought the vehicle to the local Tesla Dealer near my home in ******************* and they advised me that the vehicle is not a long range but a standard plus model. I learned the difference in expected rand is approximately 61 miles. *** difference in range has a huge impact on my commute.. on 02/14 and 02/15 I made calls to the dealership and asked to speak to manager. I was transferred to the managers voice mail and left messages. I never received a phone call. On 02/24 I called the Salesman ***** and finally spoke to someone regarding this issue. I requested to either take the vehicle back and get a verified long range Tesla or be compensated the difference in value between the models.. ***** advised he would speak to a manger and get back to me. On 02/27 I texted ***** since I had not heard back.My request is the Bell Road Toyota either take the car back for a verified long range or compensate me for the diference in the value of the models.

    Terrible service, they may have shorted me on my trade in value. its been over 3 months of calling and emails and text. No manager will return a call or email. They will respond to your feedback within hours telling you to call them but they wont transfer to a manager who willl pick up or return a call. This is a very shady place stay away!!! Just watch they will respond to this but wont call me. They have all my contact info i bought a car here!Come on Toyota call me dont just ignore another bad feedback
