    They are calling for someone that is not me and does not live at my residence. I am elderly and I find their behavior to be harassment, especially the early morning calls.. I am not the person they are trying to contact and would like the calls to stop immediately.

    A reasonable investigation was carried out which resulted in the Office placing your telephone number ending ***** on Gatestone do-not-call/DNC list.  Henceforth, you will receive no further contact from Gatestone regarding the matter complained of.

    We confirmed that Gatestone/GSCII has adequately responded to your cease contact request.  We consider this complaint resolved/closed amicably.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Gate stone international continues to allow one of their employees to call me and harassed me from work on a personal matter. They have done nothing to stop her. They continue to employ her. She is using their phones to call me and harass me about a purely personal matter.

    Thank you for contacting Gatestone via the Phoenix BBB complaint response portal.  Please be informed that the Office was not able to locate an/any account under the name or contact information provided through this media.  ********** requests that you/the consumer to please contact Gatestone & Co International **** (by telephone, letter, or email) and provide your validation information, so we can better assist you, and if so, resolve your complaint.  From a reasonable investigation conducted by the Office (on March 9, 2023), we consider the allegation of call inconvenience, contacting you at your workplace, or failure to call-back quite invalid.  At this time, it is Gatestone's position that no improper action was taken regarding this complainant as it relates to communication, privacy or conduct.  ********** considers this complaint resolved in the best interest of all impacted or affected.  We advise that you please contact your creditor.     They are calling for someone that is not me and harassing me after I tell them this is the wrong phone number. They have been very aggressive and keep calling even though Im not the person they are trying to contact.

Therefore, upon receipt of your complaint (on 20-DEC-22); be informed that the Agency has removed your phone# from our dialing system and has placed it on our do-not-call/DNC register.  Henceforth, you/************************* will receive no further contact/communication from Gatestone regarding this AMEX account.  We apologise for the inconvenienced caused in acquiring location about a consumer.  

    CONCLUSION: After investigating the allegations, it is Gatestones position that no improper action was taken regarding this consumer,their telephone number, or this account.  ********** considers this complaint resolved amicably in the best interest of all impacted for affected.  If you have any further questions regarding this case, please contact our Office / AMEX directly.     I have been receiving calls from a company called Gatestone &Co regarding my **************** ****. Please note, I have been paying my **** online DIRECTLY to **************** every month on their web portal, and currently show I am up to date, and still able to make payments online directly with **************** as of today! I would like this company to Cease and Desist form contacting me via phone, e-mail, and regular mail - MY PAYMENTS WILL CONTINUE TO BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH ***************** They need to return this file to AmEx.
