We have been with WebPT for over 15 years and up until recently, they were a great company to work with and had excellent customer service. But, that is no longer the case. I would like to caution any company against signing up with them. They have taken a horrible turn. They are down all the time, constant issues with the software and absolutely ZERO customer service or technical support. We are a small clinic and have been unable to do any billing for a MONTH. The issue is on WebPT's side (our claims are not going over to our billing software) and we can not get ANY resolution or correspondence!! You can't speak to anyone when you call, you wait on hold for hours only to be disconnected and emails go weeks without a response. It's truly a shame....it's a great platform, very easy to navigate and user friendly. BUT, if it doesn't work properly and no one seems to care whether it does....it is of no value and will end up costing your business money. Please beware!Review from Nicole F

Web PT as an EMR has been fairly user-friendly and up until very recently, after the breach of change healthcare which affected their sister billing company. Thera ***** It had run relatively smooth. Since the breach, nothing but business headaches ( really a nightmare. We went for more than 6 weeks with no money coming in and a huge staff that's still was working and required payment. If we would not have gotten personal loans we would have gone out of business trying to make payroll by no fault of our own and a company that did not have any safeguards or any solution to the issue except for just to tell us on the other end of the phone. This isn't our fault. We can't help this happened. We're sorry for your troubles! They did nothing but point the finger and do the blame game and it didn't fix any of the issues we were having. We have been long-time customers and did not deserve this treatment. We have been customers for several years and always had great experiences with those helping when you would make phone calls. It often takes a while to get a human being. This is new! But now when you get a person they are not professional and kind like they were. I'm sure the people answering the phone are stressed because I am quite sure there Have been several unhappy customers calling. They have not been adequately advised how to deal with complaints and so we have run into exasperated, unprofessional people at the other end of the phone. There has been down time off and on. The past couple times they've done an update. There were significant issues the following day.. When you call with issues, they just apologize and say their team is working on it. Their team is working extremely hard lately because the issues seem never ending.. They used to do a month-to-month contract which makes sense if people are happy. They stay now. All of the sudden they have extended contracts for every feature you try.. beware of web PT's extended contracts.We will leave ASAP.Review from Irene M

More than frustrating to get no support and reassurance from the people that run it. It fails to work too often and we absolutely feel like webpt does not care about their clients as long as we keep paying our dues. I truly appreciated the system when it was owned by a smaller company. It is just about getting big and acquiring more for them anymore.Review from Mark W

WebPT is a decent product and I have used this EMR for over 10 years but i would not recommended it. The system is often down, the customer service is poor, they have made countless mistakes with my account and continue to do so, I am on hold now as I write this as the system is down and they were sending communications to someone that does not even work at my office regarding my business. WebPT is constantly expanding services and "upselling" and not spending their time and resources on the fundamentals of the system functioning well. Look elsewhere as now I feel I am stuck with this company...Review from Esperanza M

I have to give them 1 star to leave this review! They deserve 0 stars, Please to all business owners looking to get this software because it may seems affordable - do not do it. You'll find yourself with a million outages, slow service, unresponsive agents or if they do respond they only send you a self tutorial link. Good luck asking to have prorated rates for the outages that sometimes last for an entire day or two! (This means no schedule can be seen, notes can not be done, payment can not be posted, docs can not be uploaded, etc etc.). ONCE AGAIN - SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY !Review from Christian O

**************** is very bad. The ***************** representative that was assigned to our office advised me to add my massage therapists as licensed providers in order for me to be able to add them to the scheduling but failed to let me know that they will be charged extra as licensed providers in my bill. When the bill finally came and I overpayed, they refused to return my payments and claims that it was my fault for not checking it. On another note, their system is extremely slow.Review from Brittany M

I am an LMT and have a medically focused practice, therefore, most of what I do overlaps with some of what PT's do. Given this fact, I have been searching for a new EMR and RMC system that is all integrated. I just got off of a "sales call" that couldn't have been longer than 3 minutes with *****. ***** clearly thought that being on a call with me was a waste of his time. I got eye rolls, told maybe I should find someone to *****-rig a system together for massage therapists since they don't exist even after telling him multiple times that what WebPT offers is what I am looking for. He immediately told me that I would be looking at paying $300-$700 a month and asked if that was something I could afford because he didn't want to waste time, you know giving me a demo like we were supposed to be doing. He told me they charge $150 per month to use their scheduler and scoffed at me when I get all of that functionality for free from another platform. He did everything he could to try to get me off of the phone by throwing what he figured were numbers I couldn't afford. The fact is I can afford that, and I will pay another company that money now, because ***** you were demeaning and dismissive. This is the third phone call I have set-up with this company's sales department and have all three times been treated terribly.Review from Cathy C

I was WebPT clinic for 4 years. In that time, my billing manager changed no less than 2 times, with each one getting more and more unresponsive. I constantly had to ask to schedule meetings that were never followed up with, they refused to read any of my insurance verification notes and constantly sent out unauthorized patient statements that created negative reviews and angry phone calls. I reached out multiple times to inquire about take over my own billing while keeping the emr system, but no one got back to me. In the process of leaving for a new EMR and ramping down, I was locked out of my account NUMEROUS times so I was unable to complete tasks and they were completely uncommunicative with people going on leave and eating me in the lurch. Even after that they continued to charge exorbitant amounts for no billing followup and I am STILL cleaning up their mess, which I was sent thousands of billing forms and no summary of AR. To add injury to insult, I received a call today from the paper statement company asking about my status, saying I was reupped in November 2022, when I left WEBPT in October. This company has lost me 10s of thousands of dollars and cost me the same amount. They almost ran me into the ground and it seems that if you are a small clinic, they could not care less about you.Review from Kelli H

After reaching out with putting in a ticket, reaching the sales agent who signed my account up and talking to customer service on the phone - my account has yet to be deactivated. It has been several weeks of no one reaching out to be to resolve my ticket.Review from Aaron C

DO NOT USE WEBPT!!!! I had the misfortune of using WebPT EMR and ******* services when opening my PT clinic 1 year ago. WebPT single handedly nearly put me out of business. Their RCM team is an absolute joke, I have been lied to, manipulated, and work is just flat out done. Their company lost me AT LEAST ******. I would be able to provide a more accurate number of how much money I lost but their reporting system is so asinine one can't even begin to figure it out. They told me they were "handling all my denied claims" for the first 6 months I was in business, it took me 6 months to realize they did not refile a single claim...I had 40% of my revenue DENIED due to improper filing. Do not give them a GOD **** DIME!!!
