Watch out! They dont honor their own return policy. The receipt says full price (not marked down) items can be returned for store credit within 30 days. I made a purchase of 12 items on December 4, 2024 and attempted to return three items on January 2, 2025. The items were Christmas themed clothing that I purchased for full price (items were not marked down or on clearance) and all original tags were attached. The receipt specifies that Halloween costumes/clothing are final sale, but the return policy as stated on the receipt and posted in the store makes no mention of any other holidays. When I tried to return three items on January 2, 2025, three employees together denied to process the return and issue store credit. At least one of the employees was a manager. The manager said the actual return policy is only 7 days for all holiday items (any holiday) even though the receipt and posted return policy explicitly disagree. When I replied to the manager to point out this inconsistency, she refused to look at me or respond. Im especially frustrated because I had verbally confirmed with an employee when I made the purchase on December 4, 2025 that I would be able to return the items because they were full price and the employee did not make any mention of a special secret return policy for holiday items. The receipt says Halloween items are all final sale, but these were Christmas items that were within 30 days. Its not my fault if the managers dont like their own store policy but dont change policy after the purchase. I could have brought the items back sooner if youd told me I needed to but I trusted that the receipt was honest, and apparently both the employees and the receipt were lying. I would like an apology and a refund of $18 store credit and for them to stop deceiving and defrauding customers by denying legitimate returns.
