They were helpful and nice. But I didnt realize that they do estimates instead of using the actual balances. I did not know that I had to keep up with all my balances and tell them what they were. If they are doing it they should be able to keep up with the balance from the companies. So after a year and a half of them pulling my money and paying, I have balances still owning. Cause they told me in November that I was paid up and done. But I got bills from my creditors and said I still owe. So now I have to finish paying off my debts. So I will not be using or recommending them to anyone. I was very disappointed with the company.

Since the creditors do not send us balance updates, we reply upon our clients to relay this information to us, either by phone or via the MyMMI online client portal. This was communicated to you in your agreement for services document as well as on your monthly MMI statements. Great way to be responsible for your debt when things get difficult. They helped me with thousands of dollars of debt at a reasonable rate of payment and now Im on my own with a good credit rating. The staff is really friendly and helpful.Review from Timothy J

They are the real deal! I was struggling with the interest on a couple of credit cards and felt like I was getting nowhere for a long time. Got referred to MMI, and at the end of the first phone call, I felt like I was truly in good hands. They gave me control back over my life and finances. I could actually see the progress I was making, which was such a great feeling. Every single staff member I talked to was very helpful, kind, patient and encouraging throughout the entire process. My "agent/counselor" checked in on me periodically, and I appreciated that personal touch. It made me feel like I wasn't just a case number to them. I paid my account off way ahead of schedule and because of the help from MMI, I am going into 2025 completely debt free!!Review from Carol E
