I have purchased several things over the years from Uncommon USA. The most recent HEAVY DUTY US flag was far from heavy duty. I paid more for this heavy duty flag than Ive ever spent on a flag with it to SHRED over a 4 month period. I contacted the company and their response was the US government recommends flying it a few months before exchanging it for a new one and that my flag was not of poor quality but it was time to purchase another. I dont change out ANYTHING that quickly.. this HEAVY DUTY flag was almost sheer you can see right through it.. far less durable than others Ive spent a quarter of the price on. Bought the Christmas tree for our flag pole and it went bad pretty quickly, they replaced it. Then that one went bad the following year bc it hadnt been used yet so it wasnt replaced. Purchased another kit and went bad within a few weeks, they sent me the top part but it didnt help. So Ive spent over $800 and have all brand new not working parts! *********************!
