Home Solutionz replaced our entire roof 3 years ago in April. They ensured a lifetime warranty that they would service themselves through the vendor ******************. In just 3 years the roof started leaking as a mild storm blew off multiple shingles and spines on the rooftops. Now we have leaks in multiple areas causing water damage of a 3 year old roof. Furthermore, the numbers and info about the company no longer work and even out of state locations are not responding. This almost appears as scam, but overall it is a terrible company as they guaranteed not only solid workmanship, which this clearly isn't, but they are not responsive at all. I had my flooring done in January of 2021. The cost was around $25,000-$30,000. We were told there is a 10 year warranty I reached out to them in December of *********************************************************************************** some parts upstairs. They keep telling me they have reached out to people who need to know in area. After many attempts on my part to reach them I have decided to try this route. The customer service trying to get this problem fixed is ridiculous. After spending that type of money on my flooring they need to make this right! I hired Home Solutionz flooring to install water resistant in vinyl flooring about 6 years ago with a 10 year warranty and the floor has several areas of warping chipping pealing and other damage . I called their service ce department several times and get no response. I have been trying to reach them for about a year. We hired Homesolutionz to instal LVP flooring in our ***** square foot home Nov of 2019. We love the flooring and how it looks, but there are several areas that are popping up, peeling, and splitting. I have tried to reach out to the company for repairs, which are under warranty, but have not been successful. I have called and emailed and have received only one call back, which was a voicemail. I didn't pick up because I was working. I did call right back and got a full voicemail. Wasn't able to leave a message. I have since called the number back and it the number is no longer working. I also cannot get through to the mail sales number. I just would like the repairs done that were promised. That's all.Initial Complaint

Starting in February of 2022 Home Solutionz installed tile flooring in my home. I am not happy with the way one of the rooms was installed. The flooring is uneven in several places. I have been trying for several months to get Home Solutionz to fix the tile in this room with no success. A representative of the company came to my house in October and confirmed that it needed to be fixed. However nothing has been done. I leave voicemails and texts regularly with no results other than an occasional promise that it will get done. During this time on three different occasions they told me they had scheduled a crew to come and fix it but nobody showed up.I have been extremely patient with this company but now Im at my **** end.Can the BBB help me?Business response

This business has been telling me for months that they would fix my floor and nothing has been done. I will accept the complaint as being resolved when they actually fix it. Not just say they will fix it or even schedule a date to fix it . They have scheduled to fix it 3 times and no one ever showed up to fix it any of those times.Initial Complaint

Home Solutionz installed wood laminate and baseboards in my entire downstairs. They had to remove the bathroom tile to remove the remaining tile around the toilet before install. We have been gone on military and not using the plumbing since install. When we returned and began using plumbing it backed up into house and all over bathroom floor. We thought we resolved issue after being home a weekend and left for a week or of state. When we returned the entire downstairs was flooded. This was due to water from regeneration of salt system having nowhere to go. We called plumbing company out. Turns out when they did our floor, they dropped a piece of tile in the line and it caused tp to stack up and block the sewer system. It was not a problem right after install, because we were not occupying home and using plumbing. The baseboards have a water line and some of laminate is bowed up. Sent a message on Dec 20th, no reply. 2nd email and attempted call to ******************* Dec 22. ********** responded and said Operations would get with me. Dec27, no contact yet, asked whom in Ops and when. No response. Dec ********************************************** the flooded area and we cannot complete any additional *********** until they come out and see the damage and what they need to repair. I have pics of the tile in the pipe from plumbing camera. I have pictures of their install where the toilet pipe is open and exposed. I just want them to follow up and fix this issue. Our LVP flooring and new base boards were installed by Home Solutionz in our new build home in June 2021. This flooring and work has a 10 year warranty. In early 2023 we noticed several areas in the home where the flooring is popping up and even has peeled/broken. We have tried numerous times to contact via email, phone and website to get assistance from the company - We never once have received response from email and you cannot get through utilizing their service desk line. I have gotten through a few times using the sales option and my information was taken without any follow-up. After several times calling back I was given a cell number to send my pictures to, but again zero response. Our efforts in trying to resolve this problem have gone on for almost a year. All we are asking for is to make this issue right whether it was the install or the flooring itself, I have no idea but it continues to get worse. We want the flooring fixed, whether that be repair, replacement or a refund to hire another company to resolve thisBusiness response

Getting ahold of them has been a nightmare. They are more than happy to give you their business at first. Once the job is done though its a different story. We needed some touch *** about a month or so after the installation of our carpet and it took forever for a response. Initially we thought its probably because theyre busy. Once they had someone come out and tighten the carpet, they were here for 10 minutes. Now, about 11 months later the carpet is worse. I have called about this issue over the course of a month. It took weeks for a response of any kind. I even stated it is a tripping hazard while on the phone. Now I am not getting any response at all. When I call, I get a voicemail box. The times I do reach an actual human I get oh Im so sorry about that, Ill let them know you called. I dont even like writing reviews but this is one I felt I had to. No one should use this company because they dont care about their contracts once they have the money. At the time of writing this, I have received no response to any of my calls and no solutions have been offered. No one should have to actively pursue a company to fulfill obligations they say they will make.Business response

Calling your office hasnt done anything for me and I did that for 5 months. I want the refund for the second half of the payment since I double paid to you (all thank to your third party illegally billing) and you also billing. You have not acted in good faith and have defrauded me because a good business would have refunded the customer knowing your third party charged me already for the second half. Either have your third party reverse their charge or you reverse yours. Please communicate directly through BBB. I need the second half of the double payment back.
just making me call you over and over for nothing is not a satisfactory response. I need resolution. I need my money back.

I had flooring installed in my downstairs July 2022. I have had nothing but issues. Twice they have had to come out to fix where it was not laid correct and it still has problems in the spot. I also have been trying to get them to return a call regarding the flooring. It is cheap and the quality is poor. We paid over $15k for this flooring with a life warranty and it is chipping all over and fading. We dont walk on the floor with shoes and are very careful. I have had two floor guys look at it and was told the flooring installed was defective. Its not even 18 months old and its chipping? I tried calling g for over two months and a month ago finally got a call back and was asked to send pictures and again no response. The floor needs to be replaced. Its cheap and keeps looking worse and chipping.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of the issue. After I spoke with you on the phone, I have been going through the proper channels to have a warranty inspection from the product manufacture scheduled to allow us to check for manufacturer defects and possible warranty replacements. I first reached out to them on November 6th, 2023 after our conversation.
Scheduling can take a couple of weeks, and the Holidays throw in a slight further delay. Please allow us time to receive back scheduling information from the vendor to have this issue taken care of.
Once I receive back the information regarding scheduling I will be in contact with you.

thank you for the response. Id like to keep this issue open for now. It has been over 3 months since I have been trying to reach someone from this business and this is the most details I have received on the issue with no resolution or time.
