We had a great experience with college boxes. Picked up on time, tracking was updated when it reached the storage facility, and boxes were in the dorm when we arrived.Review from Ruoda M

Worst customer service and company I've ever done business with. After I arranged a pickup date/location and rented a u-haul to move my own boxes, I was told that my boxes were not at that location. Several texts, emails, and phone calls went ignored or were redirected with no follow-up. When I called them out on their chat system, I was straight up ghosted. After being told that my boxes were actually at the original location, they refused to deliver my boxes to me for free asap. They made me wait until their free delivery date which was 12 days later. My boxes contained everything I needed to live. No representatives apologized or admitted any responsibility or wrongdoing. Everywhere I've looked they have bad reviews. Never ever ever ever use this company.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Horrible company to do business with. They picked up my son's boxes for summer college storage and lost $1,800 worth of belongings. They would not return calls or emails, sent me a $100 check with a request for release for my loss. They do not care and must have this happen a lot. Do NOT trust them with your student's belongings. You will be sorry. Very expensive ****** learned and such a disappointment for a company owned by UHaul. They have good customer service on the front end, but don't be fooled. They will lose your things and send you over to claims who does not answer phones or emails EVER. They should not be allowed to do business.
