    My experience with Mega Furniture was similar to ******* R's review of 9/23/24 & ******** A's & others here on BBB, so apparently mine was not a one off experience. Online purchase of a reclining loveseat for $769.40 including sales tax on 12/23/24. Was to pick up item from distribution center at ***************************************** to avoid $100 delivery fee. Confirmation email said to expect item to be available for pickup four days later on 12/27. Then was told it was delayed until 2nd or 3rd week of January, 2025. 2nd week of January came & went and was told now was delayed again and would not arrive until 3rd week of February. Like ******* R I called to cancel the order and seek refund to my credit card. Was told by management order was cancelled on 1/8/25 and to expect refund posted to my credit card within 5 to 7 business days. It's now 7 days later and no refund. Tried emailing and calling distribution center at the 688-8900 number. No answer, went to voice mail, no reply from email contact page. I give them 1 more week then will file suit for restitution in small claims court. In that case will submit these reviews as evidence. $769 is no small amount to forfeit. I relied on the fact that they've been in business since 2002. I wish I'd read these reviews first. Reading down the list of other reviews it seems this conduct is par for the course for this company. Open question whether Mega Furniture is purposefully dishonest or just incompetent. Mega Furniture if you read this be aware I am on speaking terms with AZ AG **** ***** having worked on her 2022 election campaign. Will see what she has to say . People don't make the effort to post reviews with BBB because they're happy with a company's service. BBB why are you giving these people an A+ rating?

    ***** helped me look for a new sectional and coffee table for my new business office! I was indecisive about what color of coffee table I should do and he went above and beyond by bringing out options to get a visual by! I will recommend to my friends, clients and family to check it out and look for *****!

    This company has a faulty delivery service policy that doesn't specify deliver service for certain locations. The company doesn't follow their own delivery policy, and doesn't work with the customer to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their service. 0 stars is what this company deserves regarding customer service and guarantee delivery service.

    I have done quite a bit of business with this furniture store over the years, this is the first time I have ordered online from them. It was the worst experience I have ever had, no clear eta, horrible customer service, a lot of lying from these people or simply just incompetent people working here. A month and a half of waiting for my order and ultimately cancelled it, because they could not guarantee the delivery after all this time. I will never buy anything from this store, I recommend going to literally any other furniture store, at the very least never order anything online from these people.

    I purchased a dining table in March, 2023 and its broken into two pieces this week. I contacted the salesman and customer service. They said its over one year warranty period that they wont be responsible for any quality problem of the product and there is NO refund to me. Seriously? Its bad quality of your dining table and break into two pieces. Mega Furniture sells it to customers and doesnt care anything about sales service. BAD company.

    Summer the sales person was the only good thing to report. Awesome person to work with. As for the business I will not be purchasing from this company ever again. First I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. was told I would receive 3 weeks passed, then told me my delivery is in 2 days. After getting no confirmation or calls or delivery, I called the store again on the following Monday. The person on the phone informed me I was "scheduled for the upcoming Thursday" and they didn't know about a delivery for me on Friday. I informed them that I was supposed to have it delivered on Friday according to the sales rep at the store, then I also let them know that the upcoming Thursday would not work for me and I never would have agreed to it in the first place because of plans and purchases I made long before the phone call. I already bought ******** tickets ahead of time before this phone call and I will be in *********. I would have never agreed to Thursday for that reason so I asked ******* what THEY were talking about because it was literally another random date they gave to me at this point. I get a call from delivery while I am in ********* that they were 30 minutes away from getting to my apartment after I ALREADY CALLED THE STORE DAYS PRIOR TO THAT AND TOLD THEM THURSDAY WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME.So, on Thursday (01/11/24) I told delivery on the phone this would not work, and that I was literally in ********* at that very moment and that I already told someone on the phone from the store about it. I rescheduled for Monday (01/15/24). I don't know why they are on the way to my apartment after I already called the store and we spoke about rescheduling from Thursday because I would not be present.Today is that Monday(01/15/24), and no my stuff will not be delivered once again. Once again no one seems to know "what I am talking about" and I have been rescheduled from my furniture being delivered today, to this coming Wednesday (01/17/24).I won't hold my breath.

    If I could give zero stars I would. worst customer experience ever. I asked for a refund weeks before they even received the product in . I requested a call back and left numerous messages regarding my concerns about the lack of communication from this company. I asked to be called back to discuss my concerns further with no one responding at all, then I finally get a call stating that the items are in when I had asked to cancel this order weeks ago. Now I'm being told that I will not be able to get my money back because it cost them too much money to ship the items back. To this day I still have not heard from the regional manager, who I requested to speak with directly in regards to my concerns. I still have my money back. No one has contacted me and this is the worst experience I've ever had with a Furniture Place. Word to the wise never shop here it's overprice. **************** is horrible and no one ever returned your call.

    Negative star is not available. This store has a warranty and return policy. They only give me store credit and will not apply it towards my current bill. They also want me to return the mattress.
