  This company was working at our next door neighbors house for a clean up project. There truck rolled over our retaining wall of our driveway and damaged several blocks. Blocks were broken, crushed, and misaligned after the accident. The accident by their driver was witnessed by the homeowner and our landscapers. I have attempted several times to reach *********************, the owner of the business. I have spoken with *** (salesperson) several times without any follow up. I have submitted a repair estimate to *** and there has been no response. This company does not take a responsibility for their actions or destruction of property. I would steer clear of this company or any of their affiliates. You will be left in the dark with only option to take them to court. I would have thought this would have been an easy issue to fix and make right, but they only care about their bottom line and not their customers.

  Interesting.  The container was to be placed on the street in front of the house per the contract.  No Problem.  However the crew on site insisted our driver move the container around the side of the house and around the back.  The driver advised not too.  Crew onsite persisted and insisted on moving the container.  ******** then proceeded to *********************** into this area causing the damage.  Driver acted on and followed the crews marshalling signals.  This falls under the Equipment Liability section of our contract.  ******** onsite is who needs to address this.  We were under the impression that this was already understood since the crew marshalled the truck into the area.  There is no ill will or bad intent here.  We do take care of our customers everyday of the week.

  My dumpster has NOT been dumped since mid March 2022. The company says I owe them money. I do not owe any money. They have said our driver is out, our truck broke down and many times I have been patient.Now, this has gone on long enough. The owner ******* says she was never paid. I have sent all my receipts to her and her employee ***. Nothing has changed. We are now in August and I can not get this to end. My contract according to *** is ** in June 2022. No dumping of trash and no pick up of dumpster.

  Hi ****,  I've looked into this for you.  We do appreciate your business.  Due to non payment services were halted.  To date we still havn't received payment for months worth of services performed.  We do suspend accounts for this in an effort to minimize losses.  ****** is doing her job in halting service.  We will gladly continue servicing you site upon payment of past due balances for the services provided.  Feel free to contact me directly to review over your account.  Maybe we can work something out.  Thank you.  -*********;
