- Additional Info:On December 13, 2010, consumers and the owner from JKH Construction informed the BBB that a company posing as JKH Construction, LLC has been falsely placing online employment advertisements to recruit consumers as possible "customer service managers" for JKH. BBB has verified with the owner of JKH, Jonathan Hay, that he has nothing to do with the online job recruiting advertisements and is not soliciting consumers online to work for his construction company. Mr. Hay is working closely with the BBB and hotmail to stop individuals from falsely implying any affiliation with his company.
The reliability report for this business has been temporarily put on "NR" (No rating) update status with the BBB until this situation is resolved. Please call the Phoenix BBB at (602) 264-1721 if you have any questions.
