Had Unique Works do a complete master bath demo and rebuild on an older condo. Unique helped with design ideas, overcame structural and plumbing issues, brought everything up to current code and current construction standards and gave us a beautiful, modern and functional bathroom. The construction process was very professional and conformed to some timing issues critical to the project. Absolutely the cleanest and most conscientious contractor I have ever seen. We were very pleased and will definitely use Unique again and recommend them to our friends and family.Review from Chrys A

After receiving a referral from a friend, I have used Unique Works Remodeling LLC many times for both small and large jobs. The owner of Unique Works has replaced drywall, installed lighting, remodeled a bathroom, and painted for me. He is meticulous about his work, and he has cleaned up sloppy work that others have done. He spends more time preparing to paint than some people spend on the whole job! He lays down tarp and uses tape carefully to make sure that no paint drips and that his lines are crisp and clean. Last year, I had an emergency in my home when broken water pipes caused a ceiling to come down in my office on top of my desk and electronics. After I notified the owner of Unique Works, he immediately changed his plans and was at my home quickly trying to salvage my equipment. At the end of every day, he thoroughly cleans the area where he has worked. It it a pleasure to work with Unique Works, the pricing is fair, and I can't imagine hiring anyone else. My wife and I were referred to ***** last year and couldn't be happier with our experience every time. We've now had multiple projects completed including a remodelded DREAM bathroom. Furthermore, it was a pleasure having ***** in our home everyday. He patiently worked with ** throughout the projects with the utmost respect and care. We constantly made changes and at no point did we feel uncomfortable asking. I've successfully worked in the service and security industry for over 20 years, and ***** is as good as it gets. We trusted him with a key to our home without thought. Expect honesty, great work, satisfaction, and a fair price as you get what you pay for with this company! One final note, I didn't read the reviews on this page until we were already weeks into the project. It was a nice suprise to see all these reviews sharing our initial thoughts about our decision to do business with him. If you care about the type of people you do business with he's your guy. We were referred from a neighbor who has also used them. ***** was prompt, courteous and professional. We had vinyl laminate installed in two bedrooms, and new lighting, texture and paint in a bathroom. They noticed a poor seal on the toilet and fixed that also. They cleaned up every night and covered floorings that they had to walk over. His quote was very detailed and timely. I would highly recommend him and already have my next project in mind.Review from Scott S

We were referred to Unique Works Remodeling, LLC and we are glad we were. ***** was very friendly, professional and prompt with his quote. His work was clean and professional. We had a door threshold replaced and grout repaired in our primary shower. We will be using him again and we have already referred him to a few friends.Review from Larry B

I was referred to to Unique Works Remodeling through a friend who had used him. Would not hesitate for a second to hire him again. Prompt, polite and considerate. Remodeled a bathroom and recommended certain changes that I would not of thought of. Cleaned up perfectly, and was nice enough to point out other repairs that I had not noticed. Only problem is he is too popular and now I purposely put my name on his schedule just to secure him for future jobs. I am an old school type and so is he. Yes very reasonable.Review from Kathy M

I have been having ***** doing all kinds of work for me for over 5 years at this point. His work is excellent and he is very easy to deal with. He has done drywall, plumbing and electrical work for me. I have referred him to several friends and they also are using him on a regular basis. I know he has done stucco work on a friends house and she was very happy with the work.Review from Donna M

I have hired Unique Works a number of times over the past two years. ***** (the owner) is the BEST! I was referred to ***** by a friend. I had some windows that were leaking resulting in a fair amount of damage inside. He repaired the caulking on the outside and then moved inside to repair the interior damage. He also repaired some other drywall damage, actually quite a bit of drywall damage. Besides his expert workmanship, ***** was very respectful of me and my home. At the end of every day, he left the area clean and put everything that he moved back in place. This is quite a testament to the quality of his work. Drywall repairs are just messy, but he was able to contain the dust and cleaned up at the end of each day. I highly recommend *****. He does excellent work and is a pleasure to have working in your home. Hire this man!! You won't be disappointed.
