My husband and I started working with the Dessis Agency when he turned 65 and needed help navigating ******** Insurance coverage which can be extremely confusing for "Newcomers". Concurrently, I needed new insurance as I don't qualify for ******** yet and was therefore no longer covered under his plan. ****** and ****** did a great job finding us what we needed in both cases. They are very accessible and willing to do plenty of research if needed. We feel very well taken care of and would recommend the Dessis Agency to others.

Over the last 2-3 years I have had the occasion to contact Dessis Insurance Agency regarding Health Insurance Coverages. Each and every time, I received timely and accurate information that assisted me to make informed decisions. I have come to realize that Dessis Ins. Agency is well established with experience of *********** Plans and they not only how the Plan's Benefits Compare Plan-to-Plan ..........but how the Plans fit the Doctor ******* I require.When a question comes up as to " what Plan to choose ", I tell my Colleagues to contact Dessis Ins. ************************* here, real estate broker, company owner and practitioner in the valley since ****. I have personally worked with ****** and husband ****** for about 3 years now, as well as has my S/O, and have referred them multiple times. No complaints yet, rather have received thanks for referring, as they received straightforward no nonsense service. Insurance is a complicated and everchanging field, and as an end user, we don't always receive the answers and results we would like, but that doesn't change how the insurance companies and programs work. I know firsthand from experience on that subject. For the record, ****** and ****** have gone above and beyond to assist in resolving issues for me, without receiving a dime in return. They do business the right way, and that is why I will continue to use their expertise. They have always been reachable and responsive to my insurance needs. As for anyone that would infer that ****** and ****** discriminate in any way, I find that to be reprehensible behavior and completely baseless, perhaps even slanderous or libelous.Dessis Insurance Agency Response

This is my first year dealing with Dessis Insurance agency. I find them highly responsive to my requests and helping me walk-through not only ******** but also ********** Blue Shield. As everyone knows the paperwork and ins and outs can be overwhelming. ****** and his team have been an amazing support group and helping me through some troubling times as well as helping my chiropractor rectify a billing issue. I will absolutely continue to use Dessis Insurance agency. I would also highly recommend anybody to use this great company.Dessis Insurance Agency Response

Dessis Insurance Agency has been wonderful to deal with. When my wife and I were confused and unsure of which insurance plan to go with, we began working with ****** and found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and available to us almost anytime of the day or night. We meet with him at least once per year and we decide which of the many plans that are available works best for ** for the coming year. Also, when we have a question, ****** is available via telephone and he has never failed to get ** the information we were looking for. A 5 star rating is not enough for ****** and his company. If we could rate Dessis Insurance higher, we would!Dessis Insurance Agency Response

****** and his team are best agency we have ever dealt with, I personally have had several health issues over the past few years and every time the insurance company refused to pay for treatment my doctor ordered I just called ******, he and his team jumped in to action and with in a few days he would get the problem resolved. He always works to get his customers the plan and pricing to fix their needs, there are some things that are beyond his control but even then he works very hard to give his customers the best possible outcome.
