I brought my daughter in because she had a fever for 4 days at that point. We waited so long before being roomed I had to give her ******* from home because her fever came back. I told nurses her breathing was much faster than normal she wasnt eating as much and all that was done was they took vitals, listened to her breathing and from that small assessment the provider deemed my daughter to have an upper respiratory infection and sent us home with *********. The next day my daughters breathing was still abnormal still had a high fever so I took her to banner thunderbird and not even 15 minutes being there we were roomed they took a urine sample and took a chest X-ray and she was given medication to break her fever. The chest X-ray showed my daughter to have pneumonia. If I would have stuck with the advice of the provider from Phoenix childrens who knows what wouldve happened to my baby. I will never step foot in that god awful emergency **** ever again. It should be shut down. I shouldve read the reviews first.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! THEY CALL *** ON PARENTS WHO BRING THEIR CHILD IN FOR ANY TYPE OF HEAD INJURY!!! THIS IS WHAT THE ** SAID HIMSELF!!!Back in 2013 my son fell at 2 months old. I first take him to banner thunderbird and they run tests over night. Everything was great, they sent us home!! Well me being diagnosed with Illness anxiety disorder I was still extremely worried about him so I take him to what I THOUGHT was the best hospital to give me the reassurance I needed!! **** WRONG! They ended up calling *** on me and my husband. THEN they had investigators come and try to convince me that my son had ********************. Long story short I had to find family members to stay with that had absolutely no record or they were going to take my kids away from me THAT QUICK!!! Thankfully, my sister-in-law allowed me to stay at her house with my children. *** ended up closing my case because they knew they were wrongfully accusing us. oh and *** also tried saying my son had a hair line fracture on his leg. Such BS !!! I have saved all medical records and DCF records and still share my story to this day to KEEP PEOPLE AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE HOSPITAL!!

Very very poor communication when its comes to a job. They do not inform you whether they elected to go with another candidate or not after initial interview, they just leave you hanging. Very unprofessional and have no common sense to consider peoples livelyhood.

I took my child to get checked and I had to wait Approximately 6 hours just to get checked-in and then put in a room to wait another 3-4 hours to see a Dr. **** to be told we would have to wait a couple of hours more...Phoenix Children's Hospital has became one of the worst hospitals for ER patients...

I was provided extremely poor service, for which I was charged an absurd amount of money.I brought my child with mild dehydration into their ER (It was very dumb to do this, but I have a squirrely pediatrician who recommended it). After 4 hours, we saw a doctor who advised us to drink a gatorade. It took my entire workday to hear about electrolytes. Terrible service.Months later, I get a bill for $1800. I thought it must be a mistake. The we received another bill for $150. I called and the *** said that this was not actually a mistake, it's what PCH charges for recommending a $2 sports drink. The second bill was for the "provider", a distinction that makes no difference to anyone outside of their billing department. To me it was just an insult to injury.I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Their pricing is insulting and arbitrary. Never bring your child to PCH.
