This company is a waste of time. I ordered 2 items and received them around 40 days later. Their website says delivery in ***** days. When I got the items, they were damaged beyond use. I tried to get a refund, but they only give you 20% refund. Wasted a lot of time emailing their customer service that replies back slowly. I will never buy anything from them ever again and want everyone to know.Review from Suzanne S.

I ordered a personalized product. It not only took weeks to get here, it came back incorrectly! I reached out to them several times to correct this, or to reimburse, but they refuse. Only now, I am seeing dozens of others online complaining about this company as well! Buyers, be deeply aware!Review from Jennifer T.

This company behaves fraudulently. I ordered an item from them online. They sent the wrong item. They admitted that they sent the wrong item and that it was their mistake and then did the following:1. They tried to convince me to keep the item and give me 30% off. (I don't want it.)2. Told me they wouldn't send me any return shipping info and that I'd have to pay to return it out of my own pocket, $30-$45 to *******.3. Tried a couple more times to get me to keep it for a partial refund, 50% then 80%. (I don't want it!)4. Finally agreed to send a full refund. But didn't. They sent a partial refund.5. Told me they cannot send an actual full refund because they don't refund shipping costs. The item I paid the shipping cost for was NEVER SENT!!I believe this company uses practices like this regularly. When the wrong item gets sent out, they count on people just accepting what they send if they discount it enough. (Which they tried multiple times.) And they make it seem like taking a loss is the easiest thing to do, so just take the loss and keep this thing that you didn't order or want.This is NOT what I ordered and I DON'T want it. Refund ALL of my money, not part.I held up my end of the transaction: I paid them and trusted they would send what I paid for. They did not hold up their end, and now expect to keep some part of my money. I should be out $0 for their mistake.
