    The owner of gearhedz diagnosed my car. Told me what was wrong with it. From there we scheduled a time for drop off. Mind this that the time of drop off was a day prior to when hes allowing me to pick up the car. I dropped my car off at noon on 09/03/2024. Shop owner never confirms pick up time. Sends me a text later at night saying its done. However Im asleep. Go to pick car up next day. His alibi is that hes at his other job. This complaint is more about my time. He has repeatedly not be honest with me about timing and thats been putting me in a rough spot. The job he did for me says its taken him 4 hours but I have not had access to my car for more than a full day. I just feel as a business owner, especially as a mechanic, they should be concrete with you and not play with your time.

    the work was completed on the car same day as drop off. customer was upset when I was unavailable at the time he wanted to pick up his car. he never specified a needed pickup time and my jobs are mobile so I am not always at the shop.

    in addition to not only wasting my time over and over again. ********************************* held my car for an excessive amount of time. No other mechanic would need to have a car for a day when a job takes 4 hours. He also used fowl language with me with. I have over text messages. In addition THE CAR was not even fixed. After replacing the manifold, the check engine light was suppose to go off. Couple hours after driving it the engine light re appears and engine smells as though it is overheating which was not there previously. I plan to take my car to a shop today and have a diagnosis. If the diagnosis comes back that ***** has not done work as though he said he couldve then I do plan to take legal action. 

    This transaction was also made over cash app which no paperwork needed at all. The whole experience that I received from ***** was just below average all around. I truly hope this is not how he treats other customers, and I hope for other customers he actually gets the job done right.

    these accusations are not accurate and very misleading. there was no foul language, I didn't take 2 days to finish car, it was dropped of Tuesday at noon, picked up Wednesday at 4. work was completed on Tuesday. receipts are available upon request; one was not requested. Lastly the check engine light can be for anything, also I did not provide that part that was installed, the customer did, so if it happened to be defective that is not my fault.

    I would just like to make it know for those that are going to be using GEARHEDZ Auto as their mechanic that they should expect some fishy actions when working with *********************************. My whole experience from him being repetitively late and not true with times to the work done was just a terrible experience. Paid for a service and I am just left with having to pay more bill on the car.
