    Broken and missing items wont even pay small claim that I was awarded. Steer clear of this company. $1400 TV ruined and they packed it and charged me a nice sum for a terrible job. Unfit to call professional

    This company is a huge scam operation. A year and a half ago I went through a company who brokered me out to this moving company. Like many others that posted I was quoted ****. and when they came to the house they said oh no way that will be ****. I was in a bind and paid. Same thing as so many others I waited and waited for my stuff to be sent to storage due to family illness. 30+ days later it arrived. Fast forward to now....I have moved again due to a family disability and as I was unpacking items, boxes and furniture were missing. Probably too late to do any thing now but BEWARE...unprofessional, cheaters and liars. Horrible communication no return calls and most of all the run around. They all stand there with therir hands out for gratutiy but cannot even provide the basic service. As I am unpacking in new home I am missing so many items and am sick about it. I hope the movers are thoroughly enjoying all my stuff. DO NOT under any circumstance allow family or friends to use this company. Biggest scam artist around.***********************

    Please BEWARE!! APX was assigned by broker En-Route and both parties are extremely bad at followup and communications. Forget it when you try and file a claim. You will be dragged around for months and declined because it turns out they do not have insurance. Finally, i was reinstated for underwriter review offered ****** for my broken, missing/stolen items for a move they charged over $20K, plus had insisted $2,000 more so they could ensure my delivery date (which by the way was not met). My favorite pieces were stolen/missing...guess they're someone else's favorites.Listing my grievances this past one and 1/2 year would be many so I leave you with BEWARE!Does not merit a one star

    I wish I had had the time to look up American home movers before I had to move if I had I would have looked up APX as well. This company is horrible, hostile and threating. They treated to hold my items hostage even though I paid. I wanted to call the police but was scared the mover would leave before the police arrived and the paper work was so horrible that there wasn't any real proof they had contact with me let alone that they had my items and money. I had to do majority of the moving myself after having to go on the truck and find the clearly marked items it was horrible. **** was my main point of contact in AZ and I really was taken in thinking he was a good guy. However I still don't know the man who delivered my stuff on Easter Sunday other than knowing the police probably would have arrested him and thats why he was threatening and willing to leave in the blink of an eye and he tried to before delivering my items that some of which he damaged. There's a reason this company has a F rating don't be like me do your research I wish I had.,

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Hired through a broker (different problem) and APX showed up late on pickup day. They are impossible to get a hold of as the email is rarely answered and the phone number provided does not work. We paid specifically to have APX pack two TVs and both showed up damaged and unusable, either through poor packing or poor handling. When I submitted a claim for the TVs that together are valued over $800, APX took 4 months to respond through their claim service saying they would give us $34 for both TVs. This is insultingly low and an absolute slap in the face to any customer. They refuse to take responsibility for something they were paid specifically to do. They value ALL items in your move based on the weight, which is an asinine way to *****************.

    Never use this company for any reason. I went through a broker that was chosen based on their BBB rating and reviews and they chose this company to move my household. From day one it was "we need more money because you weren't quoted properly", "you need more square footage", you need to pay more for gas", "you owe more upon delivery than was originally stated", to the tune of more than $5,000.00! They were days late in picking up the order so I had to rearrange schedules to accommodate them and then they were three weeks late with delivery. There was almost zero communication from anyone in regard to where my stuff was, where they were, and when they would arrive. There were over a dozen boxes that were not offloaded from the truck, television sets, a brand new mattress, television console, and end tables because they couldn't find them! Much of the furniture that did arrive and was offloaded was broken and/or damaged in some way. One dresser was so damaged that they left it wrapped and taped in the moving blankets and dumped it in my garage. They would only accept cash on delivery after I was told that I could pay with a debit card so I had to scramble to go to the bank while they sat in front of my house and waited for an hour instead of offloading anything. The truck that my things were loaded onto is not the same truck that delivered my things. It was piece parceled and moved several times off of trucks, into warehouses, and onto different trucks. What was lost or damaged was exponentially worth more than what I paid for the move or what I may potentially be reimbursed for. It has made my move an absolute nightmare. The only good thing that I can say is that the gentlemen that picked up my stuff were polite, professional, and helpful. Save yourself the money...don't hire a broker...research movers yourself and hire them directly!!! I would have left no stars but that isn't an option.

    What an absolute joke this company is. We hired ******************** to move our household goods to another state and they brokered these scammers. Upon arriving at our residence prior to packing and viewing our items, they said our price would be 50% more than quoted by Allegiance based upon the cubic footage of our goods. The packing was adequate (or so we thought) and we gave them the date we needed it delivered and they said "you good customer, we do for you". There was zero communication during our move. They wouldn't respond to our calls or emails for an update. The day prior to delivery (2 weeks past the date they initially said it would arrive) I received a call saying it would arrive tomorrow and that they accept cash, money order or debit card/credit card with a 5% surcharge. They arrive late and I'm now told no debit card/credit cards. The driver got his boss on the phone and straight up lied and said he never told me that. The owner advised they don't accept DC/CC because of chargebacks (and after the delivery I can see why). They then charged additional for outdoor stairs! I said use the indoor stairs but they refused. The movers labeled zero boxes, threw all kinds of fragile goods in with heavy stuff unwrapped, it was a complete disaster. Broken items, damaged items. They didn't know how to reassemble was was disassembled. This was the worst experience ever, an absolute nightmare. If you hire a moving company and they broker these shady people, do not by any means let them work for you!

    One Star way to much! What a fool we were for using *** Moving Solutions. They use APX. I read one review that said it took 6 months to get their items. I asked *** and jokingly said thats not going to happen with us, is it? No, no, we will be with you the whole way. Ours only took over a month. Boxes marked FRAGILE damaged. Expensive art items (professionally packed) destroyed. Items missing but in return we received a box not belonging to us. Never in my life have I had such a disastrous move. Thousands of dollars Art work totally damaged. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW. If I could attach pictures of the damages I would. I just dont know how.

    This is the worst company ever to deal with DON'T do it they are the biggest rip off quote you one price then almost double it when they come to your house and your stuck then you never know where your things are or when you are going to get them and they come to your home sick tried to get ahold of them for 2 weeks still can't get them to tell us anything I wish I could *** the h*** out them I wouldn't even give them a star they don't deserve anything if anyone know's of any kind resolution to this or getting this company dismantled please do so start contacting people
